2. Compensation Management (salary Administration):
Managing the payrolls involved in handling promotion,transfer,and annual revisions of fringes and benefits ,full and final
settlements .Developing report for annual review in order to ensure timely and accurate Compensation & Benefits.
3.Employee Relation:
Attending employee queries related with their Salary ,benefit and other HR related policy. Handling one to
one Interaction with employees to discuss their problems & grievances and process than to solve.
4.Exit formalities:
Designs the entire Exit process,Conducting the Exit interview and implementing along with executing
