In the self section, adolescents are asked questions about control over their life, work ethic, choices/habits, self-esteem, faith, and reactions to stress. The family section inquires about family relationships and communication. Regarding Building Hope Community Life Center, adolescents are asked about the sense of community, support, and development in areas like culture, spirituality, and education provided by the center.
