This survey is evaluating the effectiveness of a volunteer's experience. It asks for the volunteer's contact information and details about their time volunteering, including why they volunteered, what activities they performed, if they received adequate training, and how engaged they were able to be. The volunteer is also asked to rate their relationships with staff, children, and other volunteers, as well as the ease of the volunteering process.
