4. Agriculture is the practice of cultivating natural resources to sustain
human life and provide economic gain. It sustain life by providing foods, and
etc. Crops is one of the most needed in agriculture, it is made up of a wide
variety of plants grown for consumption or for profit, crops can be used for
food, to feed livestock, for textile and paper, and for decoration or fuel.
Agrucultural products help to reduce poverty, raise incomes, and improve food
security for 80% of the world poor, who live in rural areas, and work mainly in
farming. Many people rely thier necessary in farming that's why it pursue us to
conduct research about this topic.

8. Mahdi M. Al-Kaisi, Rattan Lal, in 2017. Crop rotation is an essential component of CA systems, where a sequence
of crops is rotated every season with grasses or legumes to achieve a diverse system to enhance soil biodiversity
and physical structure. Over and above the effects of reducing weeds, disease, and insect problems, crop rotation
provides additional benefits for soil health functions such as aggregation. The diversity of the root system that
promotes a diverse microbial community is reflected in the development of soil aggregates (Tisdall and Oades,
1982). Crop rotation coupled with an NT system can contribute significantly to soil aggregation and water
conservation, especially in arid and semiarid climate regions within intensified agriculture cropping systems (Lal,
2015). Root systems of winter cover crops and the lack of soil disturbance during 19 years under NT, contributed
more to soil aggregation (>2.00 mm) than under a fallow or a CT system (Calegari et al., 2010). Soil aggregate
formation, governed by biotic and abiotic processes, plays a significant role in nutrient cycling, SOC storage, and
providing a growth environment for the root system (Oades and Waters, 1991). These functions are influenced by
crop rotation as a driver for facilitating the biochemical and physical conditions that are responsible for forming
and binding soil particles. Soil structure is defined by aggregates and their stability which most often are governed
by the type of vegetation system and how stable and diverse this system is (Six et al., 2000).
9. Emerson R. Rico, Destiny S. Lutero, Allen L. Nazareno, Arnold R. Salvacion. Crop production faces an increasing
threat due to anthropogenic activities and natural hazards. Crop rotation is a tool that can address these issues in
crop production. This study proposes an optimization model that generates a crop rotation plan using
spatiotemporal suitability scores given a set of crops, with an objective to maximize the total suitability of the
assignment of crops while satisfying principles of crop rotation such as suitability threshold and crop succession
requirements. Biophysical and climatic characteristic data from Marinduque, Philippines, with upland rice, corn, and
mungbean as crops, were used to validate the model. The results show that with a minimum suitability threshold of
0.6, an optimal crop rotation plan for one annual cycle included corn and mungbean for one (May to October) and
two (June to August, September to November) cropping periods, respectively. Throughout each cropping period,
the corn and mungbean will cover 46.64% and 10.33% of the arable land, respectively. Based on the crop rotation
plan, corn can be cultivated along the shorelines except in the southeast area of the island, where mungbean is
more suitable. The results suggest that other crops should be considered since the current set of crops leaves 43%
of the arable land unutilized. This model can be used for any combination of crops and other spatiotemporal
suitability factors, allowing it to be applied to different sites and scenarios.
LOCAL LITERATURE
11. This chapter reveals the Methods of research to be employed by the researchers in the researstudych study, which
includes the research design, research instrument, Respondents of the , data gathering procedure, and the appropriate
statistical treatment method.
The researchers conducted a survey by distributing structured questionnaires to the target population to collect
primary qualitative data. As a result, the researchers adequate time to gather data for the research. Therefore, the
preferred method of data collection also ensured that there was an equal representation of the target population who
involve the survey by the researcher.
This study was made by the means of descriptive methods of the researchers. The researchers attempted to get the
answer to the aforemention question and to justify and satisfy the objectives of the study. The design of this study will
be based on survey research in which data will be collected of the objectives of the study.
12. In this study, the researchers will be using survey questionnaire. The questionnaire is
prepared answerto by the local farmers to collect facts and information about the
adaptability of crop rotation method to weather changes.
The respondents of this study is the local farmers of Barangay Docol, who operate or
managed a farm. A total of 20 farmers in Barangay Docol responded to our study, since
they are the target of this research.
13. First, a letter request to conduct the study has prepared. The researchers
constructed a close and open ended questionnaire validated by the
instructor of the subject. The researchers conduct a survey in Barangay
Docol, Baleno, Masbate. The researchers explained to evry respondents
the important of their response to this study and those survey is for school
purpose only. The researchers conduct a personal interview in Barangay
Docol is a proper sitting will be choosen for the conduct of the interview.
This will be assured of the confidentionally of their responses. After
conducting the interview the researchers collected the answer and analyze
the data for interpretation.

31. This chapter presents the summary of the study, the conclusions drawn from the findings, and
Recommendation made regarding the study entitled The Adaptability of crop rotation method to weather
changes to the local farmers of Barangay Docol
SUMMARY
This study aimed to understand how crop rotation method can be used as an adaptation strategy to mitigate
the impact of weather changes on farming practices. This study sought to answer the following: 1) How does
crop roration method help to reduce the impact of climatechange on agricultural product? 2) Does crop
rotation method help in developing of a farm? The objectives of this research was to understand how crop
rotation method can be used as an adaptation strategy to mitigate the impact of weather changes of farming
practices and to know if crop rotation method has a big help in terms of farming. The respondents of this was
the local farmers of Barangay Docol who operate and manage a farm. A total of local farmers we interviewed in
brgy Docol, responded to our study.
32. The research instruments used in the study was a survey questionnaire. A
questionnaire is composed 15 question to answer by the respondent. The
researchers us the descriptive method in explaining, analysing and classifying the
data. This instrument helped the researchers to describe and interpret the
problem, and analysing relationship of variable and the development of
generalization. The answered questionnaire were analysed and tallied with the use
of frequency distribution percentage, ranking, and analysis of variance. The finding
of the study revealed that 100% of 20 farmers of brgy Docol are using crop
rotation method but 85% of the local farmers are still experiencing low
productivity even using crop rotation method. The researchers also found out that
75% of Brgy Docol farmers are experienced difficulties in adapting the crop
rotation method.
33.
34. CONCLUSION:
Therefore, the researchers conclude that most of the
respondents has answered YES to the following questions that has a
choices of YES or NO, So the result has been positive and effective.
RECOMMENDATIONS:
To have a successful and effective research, The researchers
recommend to the future researchers to have an excessive effort,
time, knowledge, dedication plus an extra financial or monetary is
needed for materials and of course
Unity in the field of working recommend.
