◎ The objectives must be taken from the
Most Essential Learning Competencies
(MELCs) of the learning area/grade

◎ This part will present the different
activities that will deepen the learner’s
understanding of a skill or concept.
◎ Activities may vary from paper & pencil
task, game, literary work, creative
expression (drawing, sketching, song
writing), research, blog, vlog, etc.

directions/instructions/panuto for
every activity must be clear and simple
to be understood by the learners and
home learning partners.

content found in an available textbook,
worktext or learner’s material.

performance, a product or a project if
part of the tasks.

12. After the teacher has crafted his/her LAS
Teacher submits the hard copy of the LAS to the
assigned QA Team
QA Team checks,edits,proofreads the LAS or suggests
for revision
Teacher shows the edited/revised LAS to the QA
Team and asks for signature/approval

Teacher rewrites the LAS based on the suggestions of
the QA Team
13. After the LAS has been edited and/or
revised based on the suggestions of the
QA Team
Teacher submits the final copy of the LAS (in pdf) to
the Subject Area Coordinator
Subject Area Coordinator compiles the final copies of
the LASs
LR Coordinator gets copies of the LASs for record
keeping and for future reference

14. As part of your MOVs for this year’s
IPCRF, make sure that the LASs are
signed by the QA Team and by the
principal.
For the soft copy of the LAS (if already
finally approved) please write SGD. before
the names of the corresponding
signatories to add credibility to the LAS.
