3. Renae Boyett
Supervisory Coordinator for EF/Foundation - This is a volunteer position where I act as a Mediator/Liaison for Foreign Exchange
students and their Host families. My responsibilities are numerous but the basis of this position is to interview families as possible
candidates for becoming a host family. I match the right student with the right family and act as a mediator for any conflicts that might
arise during the course of the students stay.
CASA for Children - I hold a position as a Court Appointed Special Advocate for children. I act as the child’s voice in court, an unbiased
voice for the child’s best interests. I spent time trying to learn and understand what each child needs. Then I offer my recommendations
to the Judge. I thoroughly research the child’s circumstances both past and present that information is then provided to the court in
ongoing, detailed, written reports.
