This double page spread draft features a mid-shot main image of an artist on the right page, following conventions of music magazines. It also includes a question and answer interview format inspired by a Billboard spread on Justin Bieber, as both the magazine and artist would appeal to the target audience of 16-18 year olds interested in pop music.

1. This is the first full draft of my double page spread. The main image is a mid shot of the artist which is a common
convention of most music magazines that I researched for my target audience. The billboard interview with Justin
Bieber was laid out in the same way with a question and answer interview and the main image on the right hand side
page, I decided to do this also because Billboard and Justin Bieber are magazines and artists that my target audience
of both males and females between the ages of 16-18 who are interested in pop music would be more likely to enjoy.
