The author received feedback on their music magazine from audiences using Facebook and an iPhone voice recorder. Three people (two females aged 18 and 22 and one male aged 28) provided generally positive feedback, liking the style, images, and references. They found the artists and articles attractive but suggested shorter articles may increase attraction. Identifying spelling mistakes helped improve quality. The magazine was successful in attracting its target audience of males and females aged 14-28 interested in R&B, though more females than males.
