RedTacton is a new human area networking technology that uses the human body as a transmission path for high-speed communication. It works by detecting the electric fields on the surface of the skin. When two RedTacton devices come into contact with a person, a communication channel is formed. Information can be exchanged through a handshake or by touching devices like phones or tablets. Potential applications include one-to-one services like alerting medical patients, personalizing devices, instant data sharing between devices through touch, and conferencing systems using conductive surfaces. RedTacton provides a private, secure, and reliable method of communication without health risks.

2. RedTacton is a Human Area Networking technology
(HAN) , which is under development.
Abstract :
It uses the surface of the human body as a safe,
high speed network transmission path.
It is completely distinct from wireless and infrared
technologies as it uses the minute electric field
emitted on the surface of the human body.

3.  A transmission path is formed at the moment a part of the
human body comes in contact with a RedTacton transceiver.
 Communication starts when terminals carried by the
user or embedded in devices are linked in various
combinations according to the user's natural, physical
movements.
 Communication is possible using any body surfaces, such
as the hands, fingers, arms, feet, face, legs or torso.
RedTacton works through shoes and clothing as well.

1) ONE-TO-ONE SERVICE
RedTacton devices embedded medicine
bottles transmit information on the
medicines' attributes. If the user touches
the wrong medicine, an alarm will trigger
on the terminal he is carrying.
The alarm sounds only if the user actually
touches the medicine bottle, reducing false
alarms common with passive wireless ID
tags, which can trigger simply by proximity.
-- Alert and contact record at medical, long-term care, and childcare
facilities.
-- Avoidance of risk at construction sites (an alarm sounds if special
equipment is handled by anyone other than supervisors

The RedTacton sensor attached with the
lock system exchanges data when the
steering wheel is touched by the user and
recognizes the owner(user) of the car and
starts the engine.

9. CONFERENCING SYSTEM :
• An electrically conductive sheet is embedded
in the table.
• A network connection is initiated simply by
placing a lap-top on the table.
• Using different sheet patterns enables
segmentation of the table into subnets.
CONCLUSION :
Thus we can find that RedTacton is a far more advanced and a very
secure technology which may become a widely used networking
technology. Due to its transfer ratio, intensity and the speed, it does
not cause any sort of disturbance on the skin and is safe for the human
health. It is also available in a reliable expense.
