This case report describes a woman with recurrent non-immune fetal hydrops across 4 of her 7 pregnancies. Investigations into potential causes for the hydrops, such as infections, hematological abnormalities, and cardiac issues were unremarkable. Recurrent non-immune hydrops is rare and can be caused by recessive genetic factors or metabolic storage disorders. Further testing for conditions like lysosomal storage disorders or inherited metabolic diseases may help identify a potential genetic or metabolic etiology in cases of recurrent non-immune hydrops with no obvious cause found on standard investigations.
