Five commercial laboratories performed non-invasive prenatal tests (NIPT) on two non-pregnant women. Labs A and B were unable to report results due to insufficient fetal cell-free DNA in the samples. Labs C, D, and E were able to report results, finding no evidence of aneuploidy and detecting two sex chromosomes (XX) for both women, consistent with a female fetus.
