 When such a position opens up then you can call them without doing any other sourcing
activity.
 Join as many networking sites as possible. Inform people about what you are doing & ask
people to refer you. You will be amazed to see the kind of response you get
 Gather a ready database of all the most common positions at work. For example Accountants,
Receptionist, Secretaries. It will not take you more than 1 day to close these positions. Then
you can not only impress the management but also achieve your targets.
 Post as many jobs on job portals. Remember a not needed resume today can be a very
important resume tomorrow.
 Never ignore a fresher. Today’s fresher is tomorrow’s experience. Instead speak to them,
guide them, tell them you will try & help & give them your contact details. They will come
back to you.
 Your own database is your asset. People will hire you today skill & tomorrow they will hire
you for your skill & database.
