Looking after the following works as a Sr. GM Architecture to complete the Projects with respect to quality,
safety, completion in time.
• Concept planning, Master planning, optimization of saleable areas, enhancing the efficiency ratio of
saleable area to built-up area and approval from all statuary authorities along with site inspections.
• Design optimisation, feasibility study, co-ordination with various consultants like Structure, MEP
and optimise them as per our requirements and detailed drawings for architectural, structural and
MEP design.

The various projects handled are as follows:
a. Planning and execution of 37.14 acre Group Housing project at sector 66 Gurgaon.
This is high end residential project catering to upper strata of the society with all high end modern
facilities. The project, having 1478 dwelling units in 42 towers ranging from G+3 to G+17, has been
driven from start to finish. Total built up area is approximately 45.0 lacs sft including 12.0 lacs sft of
basement in two levels. The development has 3 high end clubs with swimming pool, Jacuzzi, mini
Cineplex, party terraces, multipurpose hall, crèche, multi cuisine restaurant, health club and gymnasium.
It also has two large green spaces of approx 10 acres. The project is 90% complete and 90 families
have moved in, post receipt of part OC for 500 units. OC process for balance units is in progress and
expected to be in place soon.
b. Planning and execution of High End Residential Group Housing at DLF Phase II Gurgaon.
This is another high end residential project with all high end modern facilities. The project has been
handled from start to finish. The project has 216 dwelling units in 9 towers ranging from G+8 to G+17.
The total built up area is approximately 18.0 lacs sft including 6.0 lacs sft of basement in two levels. The
development has a high end club with swimming pool, Jacuzzi, mini Cineplex, party terraces,
multipurpose hall, crèche, multi cuisine restaurant, health club and gymnasium. It also has two large
green spaces of approx 5.0 acres. The project is 100% complete and customers have occupied handed
over units post receipt of part OC. OC process for balance units is in progress and expected to be in place
soon.
c. Planning & Coordination work for Mall of Lucknow.
4. This is an integrated commercial development having an area of 18.0 acres in the heart of Lucknow city.
Salient features of this development is two Hotels with independent entries to them along with largest
shopping mall on state of UP having approximately 18.0 lacs sft of built up area including 6.0 lacs sft of
basement in two levels.
