Heading the projects for MEP for the mixed use integrated project, , Residential Town ship-
High rise and commercial segments totaling built-up area of approximate 5 million sq. ft.
with cost outlay of MEP works of Rs 350 crore . Design management, planning of project
activities and cost management for the Resort of 30 acres, Commercial of 7 acres with high
end retail and multiplex ,high end residential with retail and sports facility. At the moment I
am responsible for 7 projects of mix use segments with 4 running and 3 in design stage .
In my capacity I am responsible for Design Management,planning and inception of all the
MEP services required to meet the project requirements( Value engineering, project costing,
planning and project management).
Planning, Value engineering for design options considering local conditions and meeting the
requirement of international architect and services consultants.
Developing infrastructure schematic plan and track developments which can impact the
township and commercials.
Preparation of Documents as required for submission to authorities.

6. 5. Worked as Chief Engineer with Hotel INTERCONTINENTAL. Lusaka (Central Africa)
on contract for two years. (14 July 2003 to 15 May 2005.)
Responsible for the Planning, Estimation, Scheduling and Execution of 300 room’s hotel by
providing new engineering infrastructure with Energy management system.
Design, Coordinate and Rehabilitate the restaurants to the world standard.
Design and rehabilitate Boilers, laundry with Heat Recovery system.
Handed over the property to operation team in totality to the standards and policies defined
by Intercontinental hotel standards with necessary machinery schedules.

rooms with public areas for the property.

HOTEL, New Delhi, India.(1 July 2000 to15 October 2001).
Responsible for the Operations and maintenance of the property to the desired standard and
implementation, execution and rehabilitation of engineering infrastructure for new areas.
8. Worked as Chief engineer with SITA HOLIDAY RESORTS LTD, Gurgaon-India
(Unit of SITA World Travels Ltd) (15 May 1999 to 30 June 2000).
Responsible Operation, maintenance and rehabilitation of engineering services and planning
,execution , implementation of the additional area such as convention Centre, Restaurants
in to the exiting property for the facilitation of existing infrastructure for the smooth
operations of hotel services. Also responsible for the Inception and review of Design for the
Goa 100 room’s property for required services.
9. Worked as Deputy Chief Engineer with Modi Corp. New Delhi (23 July1997 to 14 May
1999)
Responsible for the Rehabilitation of total building services Electrical ,HVAC ,Plumbing and
Fire Fighting services and liaison with Authorities for Modi Group prestigious segments-
Modi Hospital Corporation and corporate tower with reporting to CEO and also responsible
for the operation and maintenance of hospital services including medical services.

7. 10. Worked as Assistant Engineer from with Punjab Concast Ltd, Ludhiana , Punjab
Processing steel manufacturing industry from 1 July 1993 to10 June 1996
Responsible for the Erection and commissioning of 66 KV Substation, Instrumentation,
Rectifier controlled drives, Distribution panels, Water Treatment plants, Pumping stations etc
and maintaining the plant and machinery with innovative techniques to zero down the
breakdowns which is the key parameter for productivity.
