Frederick Douglass Compare And Contrast Essay
The Narrative of Frederick Douglass and the Aquariums of Pyongyang are both very historical novels.
These two novels both include similar meanings and different writing styles. While the Narrative of
Frederick Douglass and the Aquariums of Pyongyang both contain similarities they also contain vital
differences.
Frederick Douglass and Kang Chol Won conflicts were very different. While Frederick Douglass was
born into the situation, Kang was forced into this situation by his grandfather plotting against the
North Korean government. Another major difference is that Frederick Douglass was discriminated
because of his looks and not because of what he had done. During the time of which Kang was in the
labor camp, he did have some hope while Frederick Douglass knew he was never going to be free
unless he escaped. Education was also a major difference in both of these books. In Yodak, where
Kang was sent to do hard labor, Kang had the ability to be educated and go ... Show more content on

First of all, the Narrative of Frederick Douglass had lots of Ethos and persuasion in the north while the
south didn t believe there was creditability during the time periods. The Aquariums of Pyongyang
shows lots of pathos and emotion for Kang Chol Won. To elaborate on this, the Aquariums of
Pyongyang s tone was very sorrow and made you feel doleful. Another key difference is that the
Aquariums of Pyongyang was written by a ghost writer but the Narrative of Frederick Douglass was
an autobiography. Frederick Douglass writing style also showed more loaded language and
comparisons, like how he portrays the boats on the Chesapeake Bay to freedom. The Aquariums of
Pyongyang is very fast moving and does not describe one topic for very long but rather has intriguing
context. Despite the fact that these books were written about getting free they showed major

The World Problems Of North America
Words are powerful. When the average person in North America hears the term first world or the
phrase first world problems it s merely a way of classifying our world, and is not that deep. For many,
first world refers to countries that are advance and are leading the rest of the world such as Canada
and the US. Conversely, many people would refer to many countries in Africa as third world. First
world problems is an expression people from the first world nations use to complain about nonsensical
issues. First world, second world, third world. Developed countries, developing countries, less
developed/underdeveloped countries. Who created these terms and concepts? What is the intent
behind them, and what are the layered meanings ... Show more content on Helpwriting.net ...
Also, such notions grossly undermines the impacts of colonization that still persists in many formerly
colonized nations such as almost all of Africa. It important to note that first world nations such as
Canada, the US, Australia, and New Zealand are also colonized nations. Prior to colonial European
settlers, Indigenous people lived in those lands now occupied the descendants of the colonizers and
many immigrants who came thereafter.
Not long ago, I recall a hashtag that was trending about people complaining about
#firstworldproblems. Some of the things people were complaining about include slow internet, or
people s phones dying before they get a chance to recharge it to name a couple. Although it might
have been for fun on the internet or meme worthy, coining petty complaints as first world problem is
an insult and insensitive to people experiencing real world and often life threatening problems. The
phrase/concept irritates me and definitely make me uncomfortable because, it seeks to legitimize petty
problems of people with privilege. I came across a quote that was circulating on social media such as
Instagram and Tumblr that says:
Let s start calling third world and developing countries Previously Colonized Countries, because this
way, we re not ignoring the fact that these countries aren t just slow in their

Analysis Of The Poem The Usns Bob Hope
The USNS Bob Hope is a US Navy cargo ship named after the famous entertainer Bob Hope. It may
seem odd for a naval vessel to be named after an entertainer, but what Hope did for the Navy and the
military as a whole is worth the honor. Bob hope performed at hundreds of USO shows spanning 50
years. He dedicated much of his life to supporting US military efforts in the wars the country
participated in between the years of 1941 1991. Although Bob Hope may not have been a great
military leader like many other ships namesakes, but what Hope did shows great leadership in other
less expected ways. Leslie Townes Hope was born on May 29, 1903 in Eltham, London. His family
emigrated from England to the United States in 1908. Hope dropped out of school at age 16, and he
tried a few different career options before he eventually landed on entertainer. He started out taking
dance lessons and then working in small vaudeville shows. He started to gain some success with his
partner act before he discovered that he had a talent as a master of ceremonies (MC). He then split
from his partner in order to pursue this, and he was more successful as an MC. As Leslie Hope
continued to gain popularity, he decided that a name like Bob had a better sound to it; from then on he
was known to all as Bob Hope. In the early 40 s before the US was at war, Bob Hope performed for a
radio show, and In May 1941, the producer of the show convinced Hope to record the show at a live

Analysis Of Cheesman And Merikle ( 1984 )
Cheesman and Merikle (1984) introduced the concepts of objective and subjective thresholds,
suggesting that subliminal stimuli are the messages that are only able to reach the objective threshold,
while the messages that pass through both objective and subjective thresholds would be perceived
consciously by the subjects. This idea was challenged by Holender (1986), who argued that subjects
may have perceived the quickly flashed images or words that are designed to be subliminal stimuli
consciously but failed to recall them at the time of report, thus effectively riles the phenomenon of
subliminal perception out of existence . Nevertheless, Holender s argument were countered by many
others in the field, who pointed out that he ignored the aspect of awareness that essentially forms our
consciousness, in which consciousness is a primary phenomenon, which the experimenter has no right
to argue with (Norretranders, 1998).
It is important to note that no fixed subjective threshold has been located or identified and existing
evidence suggested that it varies from individual. Thus, based on the above arguments, subliminal
stimuli would be defined as the stimuli that doesn t reach conscious awareness even if attention is paid
to them, only reaching the objective threshold.
The existence of subliminal perception reveals the enormous processing capacity of the unconscious is
enormous ...if we accept that unconscious perceptual processes have a paramount influence on human

The Charge Of The Light Brigade Poem
Imagine charging into a battle where the odds of winning are close to none. Now imagine charging
forward where the enemy is attacking from three sides. This was the reality for a certain British
Brigade during the Crimean War in 1854. In his 1854 poem, The Charge of the Light Brigade, Alfred,
Lord Tennyson describes the Battle of Balaclava where the British ride into their untimely death.
Tennyson ends the poem with a significant few lines that read, Honor the charge they made/Honor the
light Brigade/Noble six hundred. (Lines 53 55). By looking at the last lines Tennyson writes in his
poem, one is able to realize the significance of the Charge of the Light Brigade, and how these lines
add to the glorification of war and honor theme seen throughout the poem. The Light Brigade was a
unit of British men who misinterpreted the orders given to them by the commander in chief of the
British army during the Crimean war. In the result of this misinterpretation, the Light Brigade charged
into heavy Russian artillery where they were attacked from three sides (Greenspan). Tennyson
describes this scene in his poem when he states, Cannon to the right of them/Cannon to the left of
them/Cannon in front of them, (Lines 18 20). The British cavalry was slaughtered as they headed
down into what is known as The Valley of Death (Greenspan). According to the poem, there were six
hundred men who fought in this charge. By stating that they were noble, Tennyson believes these men

Observation In Nursing Office
Method
Setting
This research will take place in the office of a nursing registry; this office is located on the third floor
of a 30 floor multi office building. Upon walking into the office, one immediately enters the main
room, which leads to two other smaller rooms. The rooms have an overall similar layout but retain
some important differences. For instance, in every room, desks are strategically angled toward the
door, so that employees will immediately notice visitors who enter their office. The rooms, however,
have some differences that are discussed later. The main room is the largest, which enables it to double
as a waiting room and office. The small portion of the room that is designed to be a waiting area
includes two chairs facing the employees and located next to a small gray table. This table serves a
primarily decorative purpose: it holds small silver letters abbreviating the company name and a
magazine holder containing recent issues of business magazines. The larger portion of the room is
dedicated to office matters. There are two large gray desks, one in front of the other, arranged so that
any visitors who enter the office will immediately enter the employees visual field. Both desks are
undecorated and only ... Show more content on Helpwriting.net ...

Texas Sex Education Essay
As a health science teacher, my educational philosophy is to provide my students with an inclusive,
evidence based approach in addressing sex education in my classroom. The state mandated teaching
standards promoting a biased, abstinence only program, however, do little to communicate reliable
and inclusive information about sexuality. Texas provisions and education codes relating to sex
education should sustain amendments that fully address the sexual health needs of every student,
regardless of their gender identity, sexual orientation or sexual expression.
Sex Education in Texas
The topic of sex education in the United States has long been a controversial provision stemming from
varying notions and disagreements about what students should be taught regarding human sexuality.
More than two decades ago, Texas Legislature made the decision to promote abstinence over any other
method of sexuality education in Texas public schools. Revised in 1995, Chapter 28 of the Texas
Education Code (TEC §28.004) requires that health educators and health education curricula in Texas
public schools direct students to a standard of behavior in which abstinence from sexual activity
before marriage is the most effective way to prevent pregnancy and sexually transmitted diseases a
provision still governing our health education classrooms today despite overwhelming research that
reveals a deep ineffectiveness of such programs.
Without question, Texas commitment to the abstinence only

The Mystical Weapon Of A Hero
When it comes to the archetypal hero s journey, one might see the mystical weapon as merely a box
that needs to be checked off, but the mystical weapon of a hero is much more important than that. It
serves to continue the plot of the story by jumpstarting many parts along the hero s journey, many
times it is the cause of the hero s unusual birth. The mystical weapon is what enables a hero to
overcome the insurmountable odds and accomplish their trials. A mystical weapon, is not just a tool
that the hero harnesses, but their very identity. The mystical weapon is the very thing that makes the
hero a hero. The mystical weapon is an extension of the Hero s self. It is their defining characteristic
and the shining beacon that shows to their world exactly why they are special. A hero without their
weapon is powerless, and becomes nothing more than a common man. The mystical weapon has a
great effect on the hero s story, one of the places where this impact can be seen most easily is with the
unusual birth of the hero. A hero is always someone who was born differently than most, whether it is
being born into royalty or severe poverty. Many times their unusual circumstances are a direct effect
of their abilities or other times it serves to cement their power and resolve as a hero. A great example
of this relationship is within the story of Harry Potter. Harry starts out as a normal kid within his world
of magic and mystery, but the normal path that he was traveling was quickly

An Investigation into the Identification, Properties, and...
Abstract This paper describes the methods used in the identification, investigation of properties, and
synthesis of an unknown compound. The compound was identified as calcium nitrate by a variety of
tests. When the compound was received, it was already known to be one of twelve possible ionic
compounds. The flame test identified the presence of the calcium anion in the compound. The
compound tested positive for the nitrate cation using the iron sulfate test. At this point it was
hypothesized that the compound was calcium nitrate. Reactivity tests and quantitative analysis
comparing the unknown compound with calcium nitrate supported this hypothesis. Synthesis reactions
were then carried out and analyzed. Introduction ... Show more content on Helpwriting.net ...
Once the quantitative analysis indicated that the compound had been correctly identified, it was also
our goal to determine methods of synthesizing the compound and to compare the syntheses for cost
effectiveness, safety, and potential yield. Discussion The unknown ionic compound was composed of
translucent crystals. It had no odor, was soluble in water, and its electrical conductivity in water was
measured at 1.66V, as indicated in Table 1. The compound burned a bright red during the flame test
consistent with the flame signature of calcium, as indicated in Table 2, and along with the fact that the
compound was soluble in water, this helped us to eliminate the possible presence of the poorly soluble
salts (Cooper, 2008). However, tests for these anions were still performed. The compound was tested
for the presence of ammonium, carbonate, sulfate, chloride, and nitrate, as seen in Table 2. The nitrate
test produced a precipitate, indicating the presence of the nitrate ion in the compound. At this point it
was hypothesized that our unknown compound was calcium nitrate. In order to test the hypothesis, the
same tests given in Table 1 and Table 2 were performed on a sample of calcium nitrate. The results
obtained for all the tests were the same as with our unknown compound. To further test this
hypothesis, five different reactions were designed, as can be seen in Table 3, in which a

Is The Flimsy Switch Morally Wrong
Now, considering what Chituc and Henne have written there, consider the following trolley scenario
of my own. You can call it The Flimsy Switch: Version A: Smith is standing next to a signal switch
and notices a trolley is heading toward five men (all strangers to her) who will die if nothing is done.
Smith realizes that turning this switch will send the out of control train down a side track, where there
is a single person tied to the track, who she recognizes as her good friend Ramirez, and who will
inevitably die if Smith throws the switch. Unbeknownst to Smith, the switch is actually quite flimsy,
and when she decides to throw the switch, it breaks and the trolley careens into the five, killing them
all. Now, answer the following question: Immediately after the switch breaks (rendering it inoperable),
and before the trolley has passed, ought Smith throw the switch? Explain your response. Has Smith
done anything wrong? ... Show more content on Helpwriting.net ...
It s the same because she doesn t know the switch is flimsy. I would say it is morally justified to throw
the switch because there still (in her mind) would be a chance for her friend to get out of the way.
Smith has done nothing morally wrong because she couldn t have known the five would still die;
although, I m not sure Ramirez would still be her good friend if she found out Smith was going to
sacrifice her. Smith did not intentionally try killing Ramirez in this situation and has therefore done

Female Victims Of Gendered Violence
After reading this chapter, I am shocked over how much violence towards women goes underreported.
I knew beforehand that victims of gendered violence do not report their situation to the police for
various reasons, ranging from fear to shame. However, I did not know that reporting of gendered
violence is especially rare in communities with women of color. Realizing how minority communities
expect the female members ...to maintain silence about sexual assault, to protect family honor and
community integrity (p.265) was both frustrating and heartbreaking. The fact that the community the
woman is a member of, during the time she needs them the most, expects her to continue suffering
with her current situation was depressing to read. I can understand how the minority community, and
the minority victim of abuse, may want to keep the police out of their situation because of reports
about police brutality. However, their denial of receiving help due to stigma against police, who are
the most capable for ending the victim s abuse, was tragic to learn about. ... Show more content on

The authors name three psychological syndromes that female victims of violence may suffer from
after their experiences: battered woman, rape trauma, and false memory syndrome. However, these
syndromes blame the victim as [t]hey pathologize women who experience acts of violence as helpless
victims (p.267). This is because the syndromes all frame the woman as if they did not do enough to
prevent those situations from occurring. By continuing to victim blame, these syndromes may help the
woman win the court case, but will not discourage potential

Maritime Exploration Challenges Of Ferdinand Magellan And...
Maritime Exploration Challenges of Ferdinand Magellan and Sir Francis Drake Exploration of the
oceans was very popular during the time of Spanish explorer Ferdinand Magellan and English
explorer Sir Francis Drake. Ferdinand Magellan was a young Portuguese man who enlisted under the
Spanish king before he began his expedition to go on a trip around the world on the 10th of August in
1519 ( Ferdinand 1). Ferdinand Magellan was in search of both fortune and fame, and he left Spain
with 5 ships in hopes of finding a western course for the Spice Islands ( Ferdinand Magellan ). Sir
Francis Drake led the English voyage for maritime exploration, sailing off in 1577 with 5 ships to
embark on a journey around South America via the Straits of Magellan ( Francis ). Both voyages and
explorers were met with several challenges in which they had to quickly resolve. The first of the many
issues faced by Ferdinand Magellan and his journey occurred after they were docked at the Port of St.
Julian in the spring of 1520. It was during this time that three of the ships rose up against the Captain
major, their captains saying that they intended to take him to Castile in arrest, as he was taking them
all to destruction ( Ferdinand 2). While this mutiny was the first of his challenges, it was quickly taken
care of by Ferdinand, who had one of the captains executed and another excommunicated. Although
he started out his exploration with 5 ships, he sailed away from the Port of St. Julian with 4 ships after
one was sent ahead and was shipwrecked due to severe weather. On October 21 of the same year,
Magellan entered the straight he was looking for that would later be named after him. Two ships
entered to see what was inside of the channels in the straight. From the two ships that entered, one
ship, captained by Alvaro de Mesquita, entered into one of the bays which was to the south, and did
not return any more ( Ferdinand 3). At this point, Magellan was down to 3 out of the 5 ships that he
originally started with. He did not wait for this ship, and instead continued the journey after leaving a
note in case the ship returned. In March of 1521, while no longer in the strait but back on the seas,
Magellan once again anchored at

Effects of Illegal Whaling in The Southern Ocean Whale...
Whaling in the Southern Ocean Whale Sanctuary (SOWS) is an ongoing issue despite laws and
regulations prohibiting commercial hunting in these waters. Whaling fleets from Japan use scientific
research to justify continued whaling in the Southern Ocean. Weak enforcement of the regulations set
up in the SOWS has allowed countries, most notably Japan, to continue their hunts with little
interference. If whaling continues in the SOWS, it may lead to irreversible effects to the ecosystem of
the Southern Ocean.
A steady decrease in whale populations can have a top down effect on many other species in the
ecosystem, especially penguin, seal, and krill. The reasoning is because whales are a keystone species

The Southern Ocean Whale Sanctuary is located in waters surrounding Antarctica.

Whaling inside the southern ocean is strictly prohibited for commercial purposes; countries are
allowed to kill a certain number of whales per year for scientific research.
Ecosystem
To look at the ecosystem of the Southern Ocean, we will be referencing the food web created by
Laws.
The whales that are going to be focused are species of baleen whales found in the southern ocean.
These species are the fin whale, the blue whale, the sei whale, the humpback whale, and the minke
whale. As shown in the food web, the main food source of these whales is krill. This is important to
note in regards to the issues of prey switching, as well as krill surplus, which will be discussed later in
the research. (WHAT IS A BALEEN WHALE???)
Illegal Whale Hunting
Issue
The issue behind whaling in the Southern Ocean is mainly attributed to the permit of scientific
whaling in the southern ocean. Allowing scientific whaling in the Southern Ocean has sparked a
debate about what is considered research, and what is considered whaling, and many are coming to
realize there is a fine line between the two. Currently, the only country performing scientific whaling
in the Southern Ocean is Japan (Peace, 2010). The problem with Japans scientific whaling program is
that many believe it is being used as a cover for commercial whaling. According to Peace, most

The Paul Of The Apostle Paul
The apostle Paul was known to many as Saul of Tarsus. There is no doubt he was born to Jewish
parents whose residence was in the city of Tarsus of Cilicia. In the Book of Acts 23:6, his own
admission relates that he was a Hebrew of Hebrews, but he was also a son of a Pharisee. In Phil. 3:4 5,
Paul states that he was from the tribe of Benjamin. At an early age, Paul was taught in tent making
according to Acts 18:3. At an early age, he was sent to Jerusalem to study under a well known teacher
by the name of Gamaliel (Acts 22:3). Paul was an expert in the Jewish religion, which he followed
through his family (Gal. 1:14). Once Paul graduated, he became a very zealous religious Jew. The aim
of Paul s trade was to see the church persecuted. In Acts 7:58 83, readers are reminded that Paul was
present when Stephen was stoned and killed. Saul carried a warrant from the High Priest so he could
go against the people of the early Christian church (Acts 26:10 11). Paul might have been a Roman
citizen, but he was cultured in the Greek way of doing things. This can be found in Acts 17:28. Paul
knew the mindset of many Greek thoughts and sayings in his time. The conversion of Saul to Paul was
a dramatic one. In one of his missions on the road to Damascus, Paul encounters the risen Jesus Christ,
which changed his entire life from then on. He was never the same person that people had known
before. Jesus enters into Paul s life and he decides to dedicate the rest of his life for the service

Girls And 10 Things I Hate About You
Life as a teenager is arguably the most confusing, difficult, and stressful time in a person s life. There
is a great amount of expectations and insecurities placed on teens that hinder them from being active
participants in the world. They must undergo all of the changes of young adult life to develop into
successful members of society. In the 1990 s and the 2000 s, two separate films were released that
depict the cultural norms, social expectations, and developments of teenagers at that period of time.
Those two films, Mean Girls and 10 Things I Hate About You, successfully illuminate the motives and
characterizations of young adult life and the troubles and tribulations that come along with it. 10
Things I Hate About You is a film about teenagers growing up in Seattle in the 1990 s. The music,
clothing, and slang presented in the movie all emulate the time period in which it was released. The
movie itself is based off of the play by William Shakespeare, The Taming of the Shrew. Senior, Kat

Holden Caulfield And Its Effects On Society
After a heated argument, rough day, or traumatizing event, many of us say we would rather be left
alone. When something negative happens to any of us we tend to isolate ourselves, leaving ourselves
to our thoughts for a while before blending back into society. This isolation is good for a while, it
allows us to clear our heads and think things through before going back into a normal routine.
Prolonged isolation however, has been proven to be potentially dangerous. Holden Caulfield isolates
himself from the phoniness of the world, thinking highly of himself and somehow believes he is
different from everyone else he s ever met. Holden s way of putting himself on a pedestal harms his
social prowess, and isolates him to the point of loneliness. He longs for social contact and in many
situations makes a strong effort in order to get to know somebody. After 5 minutes of conversation
however, Holden proves to us his social impairment. Holden Caulfield is an example of a person who
does not fit into normal social interactions, yet some of his personality exists in all of us.

An Occurrence At Owl Creek Bridge Analysis
I m really enjoying our assigned readings so far in class. My favorite so far has been An Occurrence at
Owl Creek Bridge by Bierce. I was not expecting the ending to this short story at all, it caught me off
guard. I honestly did believe that Peyton Farquhar, the main character of the story, managed to
escaped his hanging by swimming away from the scene. What I did find sort of hard to believe was
how much Peyton was able to imagine right before his death. What I mean by this is how he was able
to imagine a whole escape plan that led him running all the way home to his wife, all while he was in
the process of getting hanged. The whole story was about five pages long but it had a great amount of
detail describing the events. I especially enjoyed this particular reading because I was able to picture
every single moment as I kept reading along. I like stories where I know exactly what is going on and
I m able to picture everything in my head and just flow like a movie would. This was one of those
stories, especially after watching a Twilight Zone episode last class about this ... Show more content

Again, I wasn t expecting that ending at all. I really sympathize with Mathilde and her husband
because they really didn t deserve to work that hard for just a necklace. Especially the husband, all he
really wanted to do was buy a gun so that he can go hunting in the summer. I wouldn t necessarily say
that Mathilde deserves those hard working 10 years she lost to repay the lost necklace mainly because
it has always been in Mathilde s nature to want the best and dreams of other luxuries. I do, however,
blame her for the misfortune she brought upon her and her husband when she lost the fake necklace. If
she wasn t so demanding of things and would have settled with simply the dress her husband bought
for her in exchange of his gun dream, then for sure their lives would probably have been a whole lot

Management Information Systems and Its Importance

What you think Management of Information Systems is and why it is important in today s business
environment?
Management Information Systems (MIS) is the term given to the discipline focused on the integration
of computer systems with the aims and objectives on an organization. Modern businesses have been
leveraging on MIS to manage, order, organize and manipulate the gigabytes and masses of
information generated for various purposes. MIS helps businesses optimize business processes,
address information needs of employees and various stakeholders and take informed strategic
decisions. The development and management of information technology tools assists executives and

Expert organizations such as the Institute of MIS along with peer reviewed journals such as MIS
Quarterly continue to find and report new ways to use MIS to achieve business objectives.
Better Planning and Control:
MIS has to be designed and managed in such way that it aggregates information, monitors the
company s activities and operations and enhances communication and collaboration among employees
(Obrien). This ensures better planning for all activities and better ways to measure performance,
manage resources and facilitate compliance with industry and government regulations. Control helps
in forecasting, preparing accurate budgets and providing the tools and vital information to employees,
top management and business partners.
Core Competencies:
Every market leading enterprise will have at least one core competency that is, a function they
perform better than their competition. By building an exceptional management information system
into the enterprise it is possible to push out ahead of the competition. MIS systems provide the tools
necessary to gain a better understanding of the market as well as a better understanding of the
enterprise itself.
Enhance Supply Chain Management:
Improved reporting of business processes leads inevitably to a more streamlined production process.
With better information on the production process, comes the ability to improve the management of
the supply chain,

What Was The Cultural Importance Of Asian Elephants
The cultural event I chose was the cultural importance of elephants to the east. Recently Busch
Gardens have had an Asian elephant assimilated in. Elephants through history in the east held much
importance when it came to warfare, nobility, culture, and way of life. The Elephant was a symbol of
power and authority for many powerful empires such as the Mughal Empire or Vijayanagar Empire.
Elephants hold very important roles throughout history in Asia and India. Asian elephants have been
integral to the history of Asia and India, proving to be useful in many things such as warfare and
construction. Asian Elephants are huge mammals that can weigh up to 6 tons, shoulder height of 10
feet, and 21 feet from head to tail. Their size and strength are very useful in hauling things such as
logs and are a military might unrivaled for thousands of years. They can live up to 60 years but the ...

Trash Pollution In Guatemala
Roatán Island off the edge of Guatemala has recently discovered a five mile long pile of trash. The
heavy rains from the hurricanes this past fall is where this trash has come from. Guatemala s
government doesn t have a formal garbage collection. Roatán Island is located about fifteen miles off
the edge of Guatemala. Trash pollution is becoming worse and worse in the Caribbean. Trash in ocean
is harming more than 600 species worldwide. From what we can tell from the photos of the trash in
Roatán that the trash is anything from plastic bags to leather. Guatemalan people aren t disposing of
their trash correctly; all they do is juts pile their trash up on the side of the riverbanks and when the
rain comes and washes it into the water and then ends up in the ocean. The government has got to get
a fund/organization to get this problem taken care of.

Earl Warren s Due Process Model
Since the year 1953 until the year 1969, Earl Warren served as the fourteenth chief justice of the
United States Supreme Court. Warren s span served was noticeable because of frequent judgements
that have changed United States decree and culture. While disapproved, Earl Warren is thought of as
an utmost chief. Under his supervision, the courts similarly wanted equivalence in unlawful fairness,
ushering in an era of increased sensitivity to the rights of the accused.
Chief Justice Earl Warren used the Due Process Model in order to make his decisions on these very
important cases. These decisions have affected and still continue to affect police procedures. Failure to
follow such procedure may result in the suppression of evidence or the release of an arrested suspect.

Active Learning Reflection
1) Active Learning Small mentions that the best way for students to learn is not through memorization
of facts or procedures, but through group work and problem solving. The article states that through
active learning, students can use math to solve problems, develop their own ideas, and build upon the
ideas of others (Small 4). I agree with Small s thinking, as students do tend to benefit more when they
get the chance to share their ideas with others and observe their classmates work to see how similar or
different their thinking strategies are. This allows students to actively engage with the question (math
problem), learn how to problem solve, understand that there is more than one way to approach a
solution, think outside the box, as well as see how this problem can relate to topics outside the
classroom. I personally, never enjoyed group work. Throughout my experience in public school, my
teachers would always promote group activities, but there was never any guidance or instruction to it,
so the discussions would be unbeneficial and confusing (eg. People choose not to talk, did not know
what they were doing or had the same idea). 2) Using Manipulative s While growing up,
manipulatives were a tool that was commonly used in my classroom. Small states that manipulative
materials concrete representations of mathematical ideas is essential to developing mathematical
understanding (4). I believe that manipulatives are great tools, especially for younger students,

11th Christmas Essay
My 11th Christmas
It was December 25th the day I become part Methodist, the day in which people believe god s son was
born, the day my family goes to my aunt s house to celebrate Christmas. It was also the day in which
we received presents from our relatives and that s why I was so excited. This day was so special to my
relatives, that they even made all three meals for us.
Ding dong. The doorbell rang, we were standing on our aunt s brick porch. I looked in the side
window next to the door and saw my grandmother making her way off the couch. Hey, the kids are
here, my grandmother said as she walked to the door. I could hear her unlocking the door. Creak! The
wooden door opened. They had the football on the TV and it looked as if they were already starting
the party. We only come to this house for this type of occasion.
Hello, my dad replied, slightly raising his hand and smiling as if my grandmother made this joke. My
dad was wearing a golf shirt with hiking pants.
Come on in, my grandfather said in the background as he slowly made his way to the door. We walked
in. The walls were still white, the small wooden dining room to the left of the door was still there
along with my uncle s small office to the right. Overall it didn t look like they changed anything, I
could still see the small hallway leading to the garage and the couches next to the television screen.
But the amount of presents lying under the Christmas tree next to the stairs was

we heard tires squeal and we saw our Dad s truck coming around the corner. My Dad hurried out of

Compare And Contrast Amazon Pricing Strategy
Due to multiple external and internal factors, pricing strategy has become one of the main focuses for
a ranging scale of businesses. For some small companies, cost leadership from low quality materials
and less overheads allow low prices, resulting in competitiveness and survival of their business, in
comparison to larger businesses who are able to charge more as they may have better quality products
and large finances to allow above the line promotion. Furthermore, their approaches to the market
place will differ; businesses who aim to charge less, will market their products at people who can
demographically afford the products and understand their goods/service are price and income elastic.
In a dissimilar fashion, organisations who look to charge higher, approach marketplaces with strong
brands for their loyal customers with the belief the high prices are acceptable. Regarding Jeff Bezos
quote, the statement ended with we will be the second . The Amazon billionaire acknowledges the
importance of meeting pricing strategy for consumer needs and desires. Thus, with a clear focus of
keeping prices low, Amazon select suitable operations such as being an e tailer and marketing
techniques to stay successful. This essay will critically analyse the comparisons between the different
scales of businesses and to which the way they strategically operate, approach the market and the
factors that enforce this.

The Founding of Our Nations Government Essay
The Founding of Our Nations Government
The Articles of Confederation were extremely important in the founding of our government today. The
Articles gave us a sort of good base to start from, and was ground breaking in the shaping of our new

The Articles of Confederation were written by a Second Continental Congressional committee during
the early part of the American Revolution in 1777. A report of the proposed articles was presented to
the committee by John Dickson (committee head) just eight days after the signing of the Declaration
Of Independence.

The plan of the delegates was to remedy the defects in the Articles of Confederation, but Virginia
delegates had a new idea in mid and boldly proposed the Virginia Plan, which introduced a whole new

Descriptive Essay On A Beach
For this assignment I decided to head out to Docweiler Beach near LAX. I love the beach, not so
much for going swimming or getting wet but more to lay in the sand and just relax to the soothing
sound of the waves, especially nice in this hot weather. I decided to bring my sister for the ride so it s
not to lonely and set up around a more deserted part for more concentration and relaxation. I also
chose Dockweiler Beach because there I could get a sense of all the 5 ancient elements all in one
sitting, with all the elements interacting. Water clashing against the sand to create a calming sound, the
wind riding against the waves causes a cool chill down my spine and the man made fire to keep warm.
I can feel the earth element in the sand getting in my toes and all over my clothes to later find more in
my underwear. The Air element is strong along the beach, getting my hair all over my face as well as
making kites fly high. I see the fire element being used to light the bonfires along the beach to keep
people warm on the windy beach or to probably make S mores. The water element as I can see is the
giant ocean in front of me going as far as I can see with no ending. Another reason I don t like going
into the water, the ocean is terrifying especially when you don t know how to swim. Then there is the
void element which in this case is me and my mind observing this presence and writing it out in this
essay. Officially today there is a total of 118 elements in the periodic table. These ancient four
elements originated from the ancient Greeks and then the fifth element aether (void) was added by
Aristotle. Before the fifth element the first four elements which were earth, wind, water, and fire,
represented to the ancient Greeks as well as modern science the four states of matter. In these 4 states
of matter we have solid representing the earth element, liquid representing the water element, gas
representing the air element, and plasma representing the fire element. The ancient 5 elements are
active is every bodies daily routine schedule. It s something we see every day and don t notice the
affects they have on us. Looking more closely to everyday life we have earth. Earth is what we walk

  • 2. Frederick Douglass Compare And Contrast Essay The Narrative of Frederick Douglass and the Aquariums of Pyongyang are both very historical novels. These two novels both include similar meanings and different writing styles. While the Narrative of Frederick Douglass and the Aquariums of Pyongyang both contain similarities they also contain vital differences. Frederick Douglass and Kang Chol Won conflicts were very different. While Frederick Douglass was born into the situation, Kang was forced into this situation by his grandfather plotting against the North Korean government. Another major difference is that Frederick Douglass was discriminated because of his looks and not because of what he had done. During the time of which Kang was in the labor camp, he did have some hope while Frederick Douglass knew he was never going to be free unless he escaped. Education was also a major difference in both of these books. In Yodak, where Kang was sent to do hard labor, Kang had the ability to be educated and go ... Show more content on Helpwriting.net ... First of all, the Narrative of Frederick Douglass had lots of Ethos and persuasion in the north while the south didn t believe there was creditability during the time periods. The Aquariums of Pyongyang shows lots of pathos and emotion for Kang Chol Won. To elaborate on this, the Aquariums of Pyongyang s tone was very sorrow and made you feel doleful. Another key difference is that the Aquariums of Pyongyang was written by a ghost writer but the Narrative of Frederick Douglass was an autobiography. Frederick Douglass writing style also showed more loaded language and comparisons, like how he portrays the boats on the Chesapeake Bay to freedom. The Aquariums of Pyongyang is very fast moving and does not describe one topic for very long but rather has intriguing context. Despite the fact that these books were written about getting free they showed major ... Get more on HelpWriting.net ...
  • 3. The World Problems Of North America Words are powerful. When the average person in North America hears the term first world or the phrase first world problems it s merely a way of classifying our world, and is not that deep. For many, first world refers to countries that are advance and are leading the rest of the world such as Canada and the US. Conversely, many people would refer to many countries in Africa as third world. First world problems is an expression people from the first world nations use to complain about nonsensical issues. First world, second world, third world. Developed countries, developing countries, less developed/underdeveloped countries. Who created these terms and concepts? What is the intent behind them, and what are the layered meanings ... Show more content on Helpwriting.net ... Also, such notions grossly undermines the impacts of colonization that still persists in many formerly colonized nations such as almost all of Africa. It important to note that first world nations such as Canada, the US, Australia, and New Zealand are also colonized nations. Prior to colonial European settlers, Indigenous people lived in those lands now occupied the descendants of the colonizers and many immigrants who came thereafter. Not long ago, I recall a hashtag that was trending about people complaining about #firstworldproblems. Some of the things people were complaining about include slow internet, or people s phones dying before they get a chance to recharge it to name a couple. Although it might have been for fun on the internet or meme worthy, coining petty complaints as first world problem is an insult and insensitive to people experiencing real world and often life threatening problems. The phrase/concept irritates me and definitely make me uncomfortable because, it seeks to legitimize petty problems of people with privilege. I came across a quote that was circulating on social media such as Instagram and Tumblr that says: Let s start calling third world and developing countries Previously Colonized Countries, because this way, we re not ignoring the fact that these countries aren t just slow in their ... • 4. Analysis Of The Poem The Usns Bob Hope The USNS Bob Hope is a US Navy cargo ship named after the famous entertainer Bob Hope. It may seem odd for a naval vessel to be named after an entertainer, but what Hope did for the Navy and the military as a whole is worth the honor. Bob hope performed at hundreds of USO shows spanning 50 years. He dedicated much of his life to supporting US military efforts in the wars the country participated in between the years of 1941 1991. Although Bob Hope may not have been a great military leader like many other ships namesakes, but what Hope did shows great leadership in other less expected ways. Leslie Townes Hope was born on May 29, 1903 in Eltham, London. His family emigrated from England to the United States in 1908. Hope dropped out of school at age 16, and he tried a few different career options before he eventually landed on entertainer. He started out taking dance lessons and then working in small vaudeville shows. He started to gain some success with his partner act before he discovered that he had a talent as a master of ceremonies (MC). He then split from his partner in order to pursue this, and he was more successful as an MC. As Leslie Hope continued to gain popularity, he decided that a name like Bob had a better sound to it; from then on he was known to all as Bob Hope. In the early 40 s before the US was at war, Bob Hope performed for a radio show, and In May 1941, the producer of the show convinced Hope to record the show at a live performance in ... • 5. Analysis Of Cheesman And Merikle ( 1984 ) Cheesman and Merikle (1984) introduced the concepts of objective and subjective thresholds, suggesting that subliminal stimuli are the messages that are only able to reach the objective threshold, while the messages that pass through both objective and subjective thresholds would be perceived consciously by the subjects. This idea was challenged by Holender (1986), who argued that subjects may have perceived the quickly flashed images or words that are designed to be subliminal stimuli consciously but failed to recall them at the time of report, thus effectively riles the phenomenon of subliminal perception out of existence . Nevertheless, Holender s argument were countered by many others in the field, who pointed out that he ignored the aspect of awareness that essentially forms our consciousness, in which consciousness is a primary phenomenon, which the experimenter has no right to argue with (Norretranders, 1998). It is important to note that no fixed subjective threshold has been located or identified and existing evidence suggested that it varies from individual. Thus, based on the above arguments, subliminal stimuli would be defined as the stimuli that doesn t reach conscious awareness even if attention is paid to them, only reaching the objective threshold. The existence of subliminal perception reveals the enormous processing capacity of the unconscious is enormous ...if we accept that unconscious perceptual processes have a paramount influence on human ... • 6. The Charge Of The Light Brigade Poem Imagine charging into a battle where the odds of winning are close to none. Now imagine charging forward where the enemy is attacking from three sides. This was the reality for a certain British Brigade during the Crimean War in 1854. In his 1854 poem, The Charge of the Light Brigade, Alfred, Lord Tennyson describes the Battle of Balaclava where the British ride into their untimely death. Tennyson ends the poem with a significant few lines that read, Honor the charge they made/Honor the light Brigade/Noble six hundred. (Lines 53 55). By looking at the last lines Tennyson writes in his poem, one is able to realize the significance of the Charge of the Light Brigade, and how these lines add to the glorification of war and honor theme seen throughout the poem. The Light Brigade was a unit of British men who misinterpreted the orders given to them by the commander in chief of the British army during the Crimean war. In the result of this misinterpretation, the Light Brigade charged into heavy Russian artillery where they were attacked from three sides (Greenspan). Tennyson describes this scene in his poem when he states, Cannon to the right of them/Cannon to the left of them/Cannon in front of them, (Lines 18 20). The British cavalry was slaughtered as they headed down into what is known as The Valley of Death (Greenspan). According to the poem, there were six hundred men who fought in this charge. By stating that they were noble, Tennyson believes these men to be of ... Get more on HelpWriting.net ...
  • 7. Observation In Nursing Office Method Setting This research will take place in the office of a nursing registry; this office is located on the third floor of a 30 floor multi office building. Upon walking into the office, one immediately enters the main room, which leads to two other smaller rooms. The rooms have an overall similar layout but retain some important differences. For instance, in every room, desks are strategically angled toward the door, so that employees will immediately notice visitors who enter their office. The rooms, however, have some differences that are discussed later. The main room is the largest, which enables it to double as a waiting room and office. The small portion of the room that is designed to be a waiting area includes two chairs facing the employees and located next to a small gray table. This table serves a primarily decorative purpose: it holds small silver letters abbreviating the company name and a magazine holder containing recent issues of business magazines. The larger portion of the room is dedicated to office matters. There are two large gray desks, one in front of the other, arranged so that any visitors who enter the office will immediately enter the employees visual field. Both desks are undecorated and only ... Show more content on Helpwriting.net ... I will observe each room for one hour at a time, most likely on different days of the weekend. During this observation period, I will be looking for unproductive activity, such as clocking in late, taking excessively long lunch breaks, having lengthy and disruptive small talk with co workers or visitors, and using social media during work. • 8. Texas Sex Education Essay As a health science teacher, my educational philosophy is to provide my students with an inclusive, evidence based approach in addressing sex education in my classroom. The state mandated teaching standards promoting a biased, abstinence only program, however, do little to communicate reliable and inclusive information about sexuality. Texas provisions and education codes relating to sex education should sustain amendments that fully address the sexual health needs of every student, regardless of their gender identity, sexual orientation or sexual expression. Sex Education in Texas The topic of sex education in the United States has long been a controversial provision stemming from varying notions and disagreements about what students should be taught regarding human sexuality. More than two decades ago, Texas Legislature made the decision to promote abstinence over any other method of sexuality education in Texas public schools. Revised in 1995, Chapter 28 of the Texas Education Code (TEC §28.004) requires that health educators and health education curricula in Texas public schools direct students to a standard of behavior in which abstinence from sexual activity before marriage is the most effective way to prevent pregnancy and sexually transmitted diseases a provision still governing our health education classrooms today despite overwhelming research that reveals a deep ineffectiveness of such programs. Without question, Texas commitment to the abstinence only ... Get more on HelpWriting.net ...
  • 9. The Mystical Weapon Of A Hero When it comes to the archetypal hero s journey, one might see the mystical weapon as merely a box that needs to be checked off, but the mystical weapon of a hero is much more important than that. It serves to continue the plot of the story by jumpstarting many parts along the hero s journey, many times it is the cause of the hero s unusual birth. The mystical weapon is what enables a hero to overcome the insurmountable odds and accomplish their trials. A mystical weapon, is not just a tool that the hero harnesses, but their very identity. The mystical weapon is the very thing that makes the hero a hero. The mystical weapon is an extension of the Hero s self. It is their defining characteristic and the shining beacon that shows to their world exactly why they are special. A hero without their weapon is powerless, and becomes nothing more than a common man. The mystical weapon has a great effect on the hero s story, one of the places where this impact can be seen most easily is with the unusual birth of the hero. A hero is always someone who was born differently than most, whether it is being born into royalty or severe poverty. Many times their unusual circumstances are a direct effect of their abilities or other times it serves to cement their power and resolve as a hero. A great example of this relationship is within the story of Harry Potter. • 10. An Investigation into the Identification, Properties, and... Abstract This paper describes the methods used in the identification, investigation of properties, and synthesis of an unknown compound. The compound was identified as calcium nitrate by a variety of tests. When the compound was received, it was already known to be one of twelve possible ionic compounds. The flame test identified the presence of the calcium anion in the compound. The compound tested positive for the nitrate cation using the iron sulfate test. At this point it was hypothesized that the compound was calcium nitrate. Reactivity tests and quantitative analysis comparing the unknown compound with calcium nitrate supported this hypothesis. Synthesis reactions were then carried out and analyzed. Introduction ... Show more content on Helpwriting.net ... Once the quantitative analysis indicated that the compound had been correctly identified, it was also our goal to determine methods of synthesizing the compound and to compare the syntheses for cost effectiveness, safety, and potential yield. Discussion The unknown ionic compound was composed of translucent crystals. It had no odor, was soluble in water, and its electrical conductivity in water was measured at 1.66V, as indicated in Table 1. The compound burned a bright red during the flame test consistent with the flame signature of calcium, as indicated in Table 2, and along with the fact that the compound was soluble in water, this helped us to eliminate the possible presence of the poorly soluble salts (Cooper, 2008). However, tests for these anions were still performed. The compound was tested for the presence of ammonium, carbonate, sulfate, chloride, and nitrate, as seen in Table 2. The nitrate test produced a precipitate, indicating the presence of the nitrate ion in the compound. At this point it was hypothesized that our unknown compound was calcium nitrate. In order to test the hypothesis, the same tests given in Table 1 and Table 2 were performed on a sample of calcium nitrate. The results obtained for all the tests were the same as with our unknown compound. To further test this hypothesis, five different reactions were designed, as can be seen in Table 3, in which a ... You can call it The Flimsy Switch: Version A: Smith is standing next to a signal switch and notices a trolley is heading toward five men (all strangers to her) who will die if nothing is done. Smith realizes that turning this switch will send the out of control train down a side track, where there is a single person tied to the track, who she recognizes as her good friend Ramirez, and who will inevitably die if Smith throws the switch. Unbeknownst to Smith, the switch is actually quite flimsy, and when she decides to throw the switch, it breaks and the trolley careens into the five, killing them all. However, I did not know that reporting of gendered violence is especially rare in communities with women of color. Realizing how minority communities expect the female members ...to maintain silence about sexual assault, to protect family honor and community integrity (p.265) was both frustrating and heartbreaking. The fact that the community the woman is a member of, during the time she needs them the most, expects her to continue suffering with her current situation was depressing to read. I can understand how the minority community, and the minority victim of abuse, may want to keep the police out of their situation because of reports about police brutality. • 13. Maritime Exploration Challenges Of Ferdinand Magellan And... Maritime Exploration Challenges of Ferdinand Magellan and Sir Francis Drake Exploration of the oceans was very popular during the time of Spanish explorer Ferdinand Magellan and English explorer Sir Francis Drake. Ferdinand Magellan was a young Portuguese man who enlisted under the Spanish king before he began his expedition to go on a trip around the world on the 10th of August in 1519 ( Ferdinand 1). Ferdinand Magellan was in search of both fortune and fame, and he left Spain with 5 ships in hopes of finding a western course for the Spice Islands ( Ferdinand Magellan ). Sir Francis Drake led the English voyage for maritime exploration, sailing off in 1577 with 5 ships to embark on a journey around South America via the Straits of Magellan ( Francis ). Both voyages and explorers were met with several challenges in which they had to quickly resolve. The first of the many issues faced by Ferdinand Magellan and his journey occurred after they were docked at the Port of St. Julian in the spring of 1520. It was during this time that three of the ships rose up against the Captain major, their captains saying that they intended to take him to Castile in arrest, as he was taking them all to destruction ( Ferdinand 2). While this mutiny was the first of his challenges, it was quickly taken care of by Ferdinand, who had one of the captains executed and another excommunicated. Although he started out his exploration with 5 ships, he sailed away from the Port of St. Julian with 4 ships after one was sent ahead and was shipwrecked due to severe weather. On October 21 of the same year, Magellan entered the straight he was looking for that would later be named after him. Two ships entered to see what was inside of the channels in the straight. From the two ships that entered, one ship, captained by Alvaro de Mesquita, entered into one of the bays which was to the south, and did not return any more ( Ferdinand 3). At this point, Magellan was down to 3 out of the 5 ships that he originally started with. He did not wait for this ship, and instead continued the journey after leaving a note in case the ship returned. • 14. Effects of Illegal Whaling in The Southern Ocean Whale... Whaling in the Southern Ocean Whale Sanctuary (SOWS) is an ongoing issue despite laws and regulations prohibiting commercial hunting in these waters. Whaling fleets from Japan use scientific research to justify continued whaling in the Southern Ocean. Weak enforcement of the regulations set up in the SOWS has allowed countries, most notably Japan, to continue their hunts with little interference. If whaling continues in the SOWS, it may lead to irreversible effects to the ecosystem of the Southern Ocean. A steady decrease in whale populations can have a top down effect on many other species in the ecosystem, especially penguin, seal, and krill. The whales that are going to be focused are species of baleen whales found in the southern ocean. These species are the fin whale, the blue whale, the sei whale, the humpback whale, and the minke whale. As shown in the food web, the main food source of these whales is krill. The article states that through active learning, students can use math to solve problems, develop their own ideas, and build upon the ideas of others (Small 4). I agree with Small s thinking, as students do tend to benefit more when they get the chance to share their ideas with others and observe their classmates work to see how similar or different their thinking strategies are. This allows students to actively engage with the question (math problem), learn how to problem solve, understand that there is more than one way to approach a solution, think outside the box, as well as see how this problem can relate to topics outside the classroom. Hello, my dad replied, slightly raising his hand and smiling as if my grandmother made this joke. My dad was wearing a golf shirt with hiking pants. Come on in, my grandfather said in the background as he slowly made his way to the door. We walked in. The walls were still white, the small wooden dining room to the left of the door was still there along with my uncle s small office to the right. Overall it didn t look like they changed anything, I could still see the small hallway leading to the garage and the couches next to the television screen. But the amount of presents lying under the Christmas tree next to the stairs was ... Get more on HelpWriting.net ...

  • 31. Compare And Contrast Amazon Pricing Strategy Due to multiple external and internal factors, pricing strategy has become one of the main focuses for a ranging scale of businesses. For some small companies, cost leadership from low quality materials and less overheads allow low prices, resulting in competitiveness and survival of their business, in comparison to larger businesses who are able to charge more as they may have better quality products and large finances to allow above the line promotion. The Articles gave us a sort of good base to start from, and was ground breaking in the shaping of our new nation. The Articles of Confederation were written by a Second Continental Congressional committee during the early part of the American Revolution in 1777. A report of the proposed articles was presented to the committee by John Dickson (committee head) just eight days after the signing of the Declaration Of Independence. The plan of the delegates was to remedy the defects in the Articles of Confederation, but Virginia delegates had a new idea in mid and boldly proposed the Virginia Plan, which introduced a whole new national government instead of the confederation. • 35. Descriptive Essay On A Beach For this assignment I decided to head out to Docweiler Beach near LAX. I love the beach, not so much for going swimming or getting wet but more to lay in the sand and just relax to the soothing sound of the waves, especially nice in this hot weather. I decided to bring my sister for the ride so it s not to lonely and set up around a more deserted part for more concentration and relaxation. I also chose Dockweiler Beach because there I could get a sense of all the 5 ancient elements all in one sitting, with all the elements interacting. Water clashing against the sand to create a calming sound, the wind riding against the waves causes a cool chill down my spine and the man made fire to keep warm. I can feel the earth element in the sand getting in my toes and all over my clothes to later find more in my underwear. The Air element is strong along the beach, getting my hair all over my face as well as making kites fly high. I see the fire element being used to light the bonfires along the beach to keep people warm on the windy beach or to probably make S mores. The water element as I can see is the giant ocean in front of me going as far as I can see with no ending. Another reason I don t like going into the water, the ocean is terrifying especially when you don t know how to swim. Then there is the void element which in this case is me and my mind observing this presence and writing it out in this essay. Officially today there is a total of 118 elements in the periodic table. These ancient four elements originated from the ancient Greeks and then the fifth element aether (void) was added by Aristotle. Before the fifth element the first four elements which were earth, wind, water, and fire, represented to the ancient Greeks as well as modern science the four states of matter. In these 4 states of matter we have solid representing the earth element, liquid representing the water element, gas representing the air element, and plasma representing the fire element. The ancient 5 elements are active is every bodies daily routine schedule. It s something we see every day and don t notice the affects they have on us.
