Today s teachers face many challenges in the classroom. Teachers are held accountable to provide

Although nobody likes to cut the budget, I feel our budget can be cut in many different ways. We need
to split the budget of the swimming pools in half because six public pools is a lot for one town and it s
too expensive. We need to cut some of the youth programs like the high school incentive programs
because students shouldn t have to be rewarded to get good grades they should just get them. We
should only have two additional police officers instead of three because two is enough for this city and
we don t want to go over budget and have too many police officers. I decided that we should have
three public swimming pools instead of six. Six is too many pools and we could use the money on

Being An Organ Donor Before They Die
The first strategy suggested being Education; some educational efforts focus on increasing the number
of people who consent to be an organ donor before they die, and others focus on educating families
when they are considering giving consent for their deceased loved one s organs.
Another potential strategy is mandated choice where every individual would have to indicate their
wishes regarding organ transplantation in legal documents e.g. drivers licenses and hospitals must
comply with the written wishes of the individual regardless of what their family may want. This
method has a positive aspect in that it enforces the concept of individual autonomy, but the downside
being that it requires an enormous level of trust in the medical system.
Presumed consent is a third strategy where citizens organs are taken after they die, unless a person
specifically requests not to donate while still living. Many worries with this method is that the general
public would have to be educated and well informed about organ donation, which is difficult to
adequately achieve. Also, this approach requires people who wish to opt out to take action and this
might unfairly burden some people e.g. minority cultural groups and immigrants might find it most
challenging to opt out of donating due to language barriers and transportation difficulties.

There is always controversy around when we bring any topic related to religion to the table and it is
not different when we talk about morality. This paper will explore the controversial side that plays
religion and morality in the hunt of finding the author of what we know as social norms. In this
philosophy paper, we will discuss the origin and evolution of the Divine Command Theory and we
will analyze an objections against this theory cited by Plato (Atenas, 427 347 a. C.) who states:
morality and moral obligations ultimately do not depend on God.
First of all, we will discuss the origin end evolution of Divine Command Theory. There are three
central assumptions about the correlation between morality and religion. We may focus on one out of

Palm is a tree crop suited to cultivation in climatic conditions similar to those of the tropical
rainforest. From 1999 to 2009, global production more than doubled. Thirty years ago, palm oil
accounted for less than 2 percent but now accounts for 37 percent of vegetable oil consumption
worldwide, and palm has displaced soy as the world s most important vegetable oil. Palm oil is used
as a biofuel, for cooking, and in a wide range of other items, including food products, cosmetics, soaps
and detergents.
Malaysia and Indonesia produce 85 percent of the world s palm oil. Expansion in these two countries

guiding research questions which would help in making a comparative study of democracy in the two
countries.
The third chapter of this paper talks about democracy in Bhutan. The chapter has been further sub
divide into sub topics where the elements of democracy have been discussed individually. The chapter
will elucidate on how Bhutan has been able to uphold the elements of democracy.

comparison to other indigenous people the British had encountered). Signs of civilisation by western
standards were evident. Some communities had established farms, fishing facilities and trading, while

Royal Proclamation is still in effect these days, with the Indian Act enforcing Indigenous lands to be
vested with the Crown. Consequently, this law has created a sense of distrust between Canadian

Literature review Crime is a major problem in Memphis (the Bluff City) that have reached numerous
communities in areas such as Frayser (Anthony, Hunter, Jewell, Johnson, Mooreland, 2006). Crime
has been a major concern in the bluff city. However, there are certain crimes that are more alarming
than others in this region. Crimes such as homicides, home invasions, and kidnapping. Due to the
frequencies of the crimes, my focus will center on the problem of assaults and burglaries in the North
Memphis area that occur on a daily basis (Buchner, 1998). Assaults An assault is defined as an
unlawful attack on another person for the purpose of afflicting serious physical injury (Alexander,
2003, p. 13). An assault is usually achieved by the use of a weapon to inflict death or great bodily
harm. Assaults have increased in the city of Memphis when viewing a 10 year trend (Alexander,
2003). According to Fyfe (1982) Memphis rates for assaults toward African American individuals
were higher compared to Caucasian individuals. The disparity yields a black death from police
shootings while unarmed and no assaultive were 5.4 percentage to 100,000 of the population. This rate
was 18 times higher than the comparable white race of 0.3 (Fyfe, 1982). The individuals who
experienced assaults by officers were unarmed and the end result was death. Burglaries Memphis is
ranked first in the nation for the highest number of burglaries per 100,000 population (Buchner, 1998).

As everyone ran to the field eager and excited to begin their freshman year of football I awkwardly

Despite the overwhelming significance of the rights protected and guaranteed by the Fourth
Amendment, many questions and concerns existed regarding police and court procedures and
practices. The most important of those questions was whether or not illegally obtained evidence could
be used in courts. Before 1914, any evidence obtained by the police could be used in both Federal and

Students Should Live in Dorms
College is a life changing experience for students. College is a new environment for most students and
comes with lots of challenges. Things such as the increased difficulty of academic work and not being
around the same social groups as a student was before college can make the transition very difficult.
One of the best things a student can do to help with this transition is to live in a campus residence hall.
Students should live in dorms because of the community that this creates. Students will gain many
beneficial social interactions, will be able to better complete academic work, and will ease the
adjustment to college life.
Social Interactions Living in the college dorms will allow students many beneficial social interactions
that they would otherwise not have. College dorms are usually divided into floors. Each floor will
have a Resident Assistant that reports to a Resident Director. The Resident Assistant will organize
events for the floor so that the students living together can get to know each other. This is a great
opportunity for the students to meet and find others that have similar interests or majors. Throughout
the semester there will be floor meetings and activities that will help the students meet new people and
make more friends. Generally students will have at least one roommate. This can be someone you
know or it could be randomly assigned. This is a great opportunity to make a good friend when you
first move to college.
