E. Installation Details
Area required:
The Total Area required for the System Installation shall be approx 2800 sq feet, without any shades, facing south.

F. Scope of Work
1. We shall conduct a detailed site visit with specialists to take accurate measurements, photographs, another site-specific in Formation

2. Procure equipment and materials and deliver to site.
3. Perform complete system installation.
4. Test all electrical components in accordance with manufacturer instructions.
5. Commission the system to full operability.
G. Client Scope
Site-specific considerations will require assistance and cooperation from the client, as outlined below:
1. Provide access to work site for delivery of equipment and materials prior to and during project implementation.
2. Prepare full system design to include civil, structural, electrical and mechanical components, with construction drawings and

3. Provide a suitable and secure space for storage of equipment and materials.
4. Facilitate access of work crew to the work site 7 days a week.
5. Facilitate interfacing with the client’s resident engineering staff for consultation as needed.
6. Separate electrical loads as discussed in Part A (Grid Interfacing)and connect solar output to building load system.
7. All the Statutory clearances, if any, required for the Project.
8. Dealer has to give Annual maintenance to customer as a perodic check of battery water level(if offgrid), solar direction, dusting etc.
H. Delivery Schedule & Project Cost
Installation & Commissioning
All the Systems except Inverter will be installed within 2- 16 weeks from the date of receipt of advance and approval of the “SLD”.
Warranty
The Solar modules are warranted by the solar panel manufacturer for a period of 25 years. The details areas below.
1. Panels:
Manufacturing Warrantee for the System: 3yrs after installation and commissioning. Performance Warrantee:
a. 90% efficiency up to 12 yrs
b. 80% efficiency up to 25 yrs
2. Inverter: 2yrs manufacturing warranty
3. Balance of the Systems: Standard 12 months warrantee against manufacturing defects. We shall also ensure supply of Spares for
the System if required.

Details:-
• Prices: Price quoted are Delhi site only, for other reason transportation charges will be extra.
• Freight & Insurance: Not Included
• System Installation: System will be supplied and same will be installed by us. Installation Charges included.
• Excise Duty/Service Tax: Currently, under present rules, Solar Photo Voltaic system is exempted from Excise Duty. However, rate
Prevalent at the time of dispatch will be applicable extra, at actual.
• Service Tax extra at Actual will be charged, Presently Applicable @NA
• Octroi: Any Octroi /Entry tax, if any, will be pay able will be extra
• Sales Tax: VAT @5% will be charged extra without Form-C OR CST@2%
• Delivery : Dispatch will be effected in 1-8 weeks from the date of acceptance of your Purchase order.(P.O) .System
• Installation will be completed in 3 week’s time from date of receipt of materials at site, provided site is ready for installation.
• Payment Terms:
Total cost of the project is :- 24 Lakh/-INR (Inclusive Taxes )
- First delivery of Solar panels against amount paid in advance.and start preparing for next order
i.e 15Lakh
Structure with Panel fitting :- 5 Lakh.
- Inverter and rest of the matterial against rest of the payment.3.5lakh
- Remaining 50000/+ taxes against successful installation. (Prior Cheque needed )

Structural Anchoring: Panels shall be mounted on galvanized frames inclined at 30.3 degrees to the south or 6 degree in movable structure. The structure is designed in such a m be replaced easily and in line with site requirements and it is easy to install and service in future. Commission the system to full operability. G. Client Scope Site-specific considerations will require assistance and cooperation from the client, as outlined below: 1. Provide access to work site for delivery of equipment and materials prior to and during project implementation. 2. Prepare full system design to include civil, structural, electrical and mechanical components, with construction drawings and Specifications. 3. Provide a suitable and secure space for storage of equipment and materials. 4. Facilitate access of work crew to the work site 7 days a week. 5. Facilitate interfacing with the client’s resident engineering staff for consultation as needed. 6. Separate electrical loads as discussed in Part A (Grid Interfacing)and connect solar output to building load system. 7. All the Statutory clearances, if any, required for the Project. 8. Dealer has to give Annual maintenance to customer as a perodic check of battery water level(if offgrid), solar direction, dusting etc. H. Delivery Schedule & Project Cost Installation & Commissioning All the Systems except Inverter will be installed within 2- 16 weeks from the date of receipt of advance and approval of the “SLD”. Warranty The Solar modules are warranted by the solar panel manufacturer for a period of 25 years. The details areas below. 1. Panels: Manufacturing Warrantee for the System: 3yrs after installation and commissioning. Performance Warrantee: a. 90% efficiency up to 12 yrs b. 80% efficiency up to 25 yrs 2. Inverter: 2yrs manufacturing warranty 3. Balance of the Systems: Standard 12 months warrantee against manufacturing defects. We shall also ensure supply of Spares for the System if required.

Installation Charges included. • Excise Duty/Service Tax: Currently, under present rules, Solar Photo Voltaic system is exempted from Excise Duty. However, rate Prevalent at the time of dispatch will be applicable extra, at actual. • Service Tax extra at Actual will be charged, Presently Applicable @NA • Octroi: Any Octroi /Entry tax, if any, will be pay able will be extra • Sales Tax: VAT @5% will be charged extra without Form-C OR CST@2% • Delivery : Dispatch will be effected in 1-8 weeks from the date of acceptance of your Purchase order.(P.O) .System • Installation will be completed in 3 week’s time from date of receipt of materials at site, provided site is ready for installation. • Payment Terms: Total cost of the project is :- 24 Lakh/-INR (Inclusive Taxes ) - First delivery of Solar panels against amount paid in advance.and start preparing for next order i.e 15Lakh Structure with Panel fitting :- 5 Lakh. - Inverter and rest of the matterial against rest of the payment.3.5lakh - Remaining 50000/+ taxes against successful installation.
