4.     English should be declared as an official language in the class.


5.     Teacher should focus on the nature of the language, not on the structure
       of the language.

6.     Teacher should provide the students with marking criteria.


7.     The teacher must not focus on the grammar translation method.


8.     Listening and speaking is more important than reading and writing.


9.     There should be zero period for oral testing.


10.    Oral testing can reduce the hesitation of the students.
