The document discusses the various media technologies used at different stages of the course. In the planning stage, the student used programs like Prezi, SlideShare, Microsoft Word, Adobe Photoshop, YouTube, Final Cut Pro and Google Maps for research. During filming, a Canon EOS 550D and iPhone 5 were used to take shots, and a Panasonic HC-V100 camcorder was used to capture footage, which was then edited in Final Cut Pro. In the evaluation stage, Wix hosted the evaluation and Glogster, SlideShare and YouTube were used to display answers to questions in different formats.

We all have good and bad thoughts from time to time and situation to situation. We are bombarded daily with spiraling thoughts(both negative and positive) creating all-consuming feel , making us difficult to manage with associated suffering. Good thoughts are like our Mob Signal (Positive thought) amidst noise(negative thought) in the atmosphere. Negative thoughts like noise outweigh positive thoughts. These thoughts often create unwanted confusion, trouble, stress and frustration in our mind as well as chaos in our physical world. Negative thoughts are also known as “distorted thinking”.

This is a presentation by Dada Robert in a Your Skill Boost masterclass organised by the Excellence Foundation for South Sudan (EFSS) on Saturday, the 25th and Sunday, the 26th of May 2024.
He discussed the concept of quality improvement, emphasizing its applicability to various aspects of life, including personal, project, and program improvements. He defined quality as doing the right thing at the right time in the right way to achieve the best possible results and discussed the concept of the "gap" between what we know and what we do, and how this gap represents the areas we need to improve. He explained the scientific approach to quality improvement, which involves systematic performance analysis, testing and learning, and implementing change ideas. He also highlighted the importance of client focus and a team approach to quality improvement.

Question 4
1. 4.) How did you use media technologies in the construction and research,
planning and evaluation stages?
Throughout my course I have attempted to create
and display my tasks in a variety of ways in order
to demonstrate my knowledge with a range of
software types. As in the modern age we are using
web 2.0 I am able to show my work using a range
of media types including: images, videos, audio, text
and more. When in the research & planning sides of
the A2 course I attempted to use programs that were
both integrated into the computer that I was using and
via websites such as: Prezi, SlideShare, Microsoft
Word, Adobe Photoshop, YouTube, Final Cut Pro and
Google Maps. I also became confident using the
Macintosh operating system and Google Chrome, both
of which were I was initially unsure on how to use
however over time they became vital to the point where I
would use them every lesson. When taking recce shots I
used a Canon EOS 550D HDR digital camera along with
an iPhone 5. These two pieces of hardware were used
because: the canon was able to provide high quality stills
of the potential shooting locations, and the iPhone was
able to give wide angle panoramic shots that allowed me
to see larger areas when reviewing the sites.
In the construction stage I used a Panasonic HC-V100
camcorder, provided by my college, in order to capture the
shots that after editing would become the final product.
This hardware was easy to use and allowed me to get high
quality video shots and stills that I could be happy with. I
then used Final Cut Pro to edit the shots into a sequence
that fit the narrative and the audio track that I selected.
This was a step up from iMovie which was used to a
greater extent in my AS course, the reason for this is that Final Cut allows
the user to have much more freedom and control over the production. I also
used my college's dedicated film studio for a portion of the filming. While
this studio is commonly used to provide an alternate background using a
green screen in this case it was used to show an artist
performing in front of cameras.
In the evaluation section I used: Wix, Glogster,
Slideshare and YouTube to display the answers that I
provided to the questions. Wix was used as the web address that the full evaluationwould be
hosted at, Glogster was used to give questions 1 and 3 more vibrant appearance, SlideShare
was used to display question 4 in a text format and YouTubewas used to show the interview
that took place for question 2.
