To create their music video and ancillary texts, the student used new media technologies like video cameras, Adobe Premiere Pro, Bandicam, Microsoft Office, YouTube, blogs, and slideshare. Initial research involved using YouTube to study other music videos. A video camera was used to film footage and vox pops which were edited in Adobe Premiere Pro and uploaded to YouTube and blogs. Blogger was important for organizing files and tracking progress. Adobe Premiere Pro, Bandicam and Microsoft Office were used to edit videos, screen record editing processes, and type documents.
