Task-based language teaching (TBLT) is a suitable teaching approach, if applied to teach grammar for teenager
students, it will not only promote their communicative ability but also instruct them to use grammar correctly and
comprehensively.
In other words, teachers use TBLT to balance the learning process in which learners both fulfill meaningful
communicative tasks and comprehend linguistic forms. In spite of the benefits brought to learners by TBLT, they are still
in theory. Therefore, in order to bridge the gap between theory and practice, it is essential to conduct a study which can
prove the effectiveness of applying TBLT. As the matter of fact, the research question is ‘How do students respond to
grammar learning with TBLT?’ The objective of this work can only be achieved by collecting and analyzing data, so

Effect of denis n games and on vocabulary learning and strategies
This study examined the effects of educational software (DENIS) and computer games on 6th grade students' vocabulary learning and strategy use. A quasi-experimental design was used with 68 students who received vocabulary instruction through DENIS software, computer games, or both over 9 weeks. Tests before, during, and after the intervention measured effects on vocabulary achievement, while a vocabulary learning strategies scale assessed strategy use. Results showed that both software and games positively impacted vocabulary learning. Strategy use, particularly compensation strategies, increased significantly. Male students used compensation strategies more than females. The study concluded that computer-assisted vocabulary instruction benefited learning and supported strategy development.

The research question is: How these role play activities could be performed so that they be really useful when a second language is being thaught. Observation was necessary to find out if these activities really work. It was also necessary do interviews to know the students’ opinion about this way of teaching. The phenomena which is being investigated cannot be measured and presented in charts. It is a problem that requires observation and taking out a conclusion. Once this has been done, a new theory about using role play activities is created.
