It's our set of packaged solutions across marketing, sales, service, operations, finance, talent -- that modernize and transform these processes to allow you to go on your journey.

We’re all busy—and it’s a common theme in most professional workplaces—with people trying to get more done with finite time and resources. For a lot of firms today, a major challenge is making sure we’re spending our precious time making the most of every business opportunity by maximizing client relationships. Marketing & BD teams need to know if they’re focusing on the opportunities, RFI’s and RFP’s with the best potential; that they are managing their firm pipeline effectively; and they are giving everyone on the team the best tools for the job—wherever they are.
That’s why firms today are focused on creating great client relationships – they need to try to reduce complexity and make it easier to maximize opportunities, provide excellent client experiences, and grow the firm.
Why should a legal or accounting firm care? Because client experience and knowledge is increasingly important for firms of all sizes – across all client interactions.
Client experience…
…is what differentiates your firm
…is how you win and keep clients for the long-term
…is how you grow your firm …and in a world where clients are mobile and social, your reputation (& brand) is more important than ever.
Today you don’t have as many contact points as you used to have, and you have to make every one count. To thrive in this ultra-competitive environment firms of all sizes have to make client experience a priority. That is why you need Dynamics 365 and xRM! Customer Event Hub - the modern Customer 360° viewGuido Schmutz
Today, companies are using various channels to communicate with their customers. As a consequence, a lot of data is created, more and more also outside of the traditional IT infrastructure of an enterprise. This data often does not have a common format and they are continuously created with ever increasing volume. With Internet of Things (IoT) and their sensors, the volume as well as the velocity of data just gets more extreme.
To achieve a complete and consistent view of a customer, all these customer-related information has to be included in a 360 degree view in a real-time or near-real-time fashion. By that, the Customer Hub will become the Customer Event Hub. It constantly shows the actual view of a customer over all his interaction channels and provides an enterprise the basis for a substantial and effective customer relation.
In this presentation the value of such a platform is shown and how it can be implemented.

HCL Notes and Domino License Cost Reduction in the World of DLAUpanagenda
Webinar Recording: https://www.panagenda.com/webinars/hcl-notes-and-domino-license-cost-reduction-in-the-world-of-dlau/
The introduction of DLAU and the CCB & CCX licensing model caused quite a stir in the HCL community. As a Notes and Domino customer, you may have faced challenges with unexpected user counts and license costs. You probably have questions on how this new licensing approach works and how to benefit from it. Most importantly, you likely have budget constraints and want to save money where possible. Don’t worry, we can help with all of this!
We’ll show you how to fix common misconfigurations that cause higher-than-expected user counts, and how to identify accounts which you can deactivate to save money. There are also frequent patterns that can cause unnecessary cost, like using a person document instead of a mail-in for shared mailboxes. We’ll provide examples and solutions for those as well. And naturally we’ll explain the new licensing model.
Join HCL Ambassador Marc Thomas in this webinar with a special guest appearance from Franz Walder. It will give you the tools and know-how to stay on top of what is going on with Domino licensing. You will be able lower your cost through an optimized configuration and keep it low going forward.
These topics will be covered
- Reducing license cost by finding and fixing misconfigurations and superfluous accounts
- How do CCB and CCX licenses really work?
- Understanding the DLAU tool and how to best utilize it
- Tips for common problem areas, like team mailboxes, functional/test users, etc
- Practical examples and best practices to implement right away

Microsoft is unifying all its business applications. Breaking down the silo’s of ERP and CRM and will deliver a new Business Process-As-A-Service
And all the apps brings together the best of all of Microsoft’s ambitions across RBP, MPC, and CI – apps integrate deeply with O365 (connecting the structured workflow with biz apps with unstructured work of collab and productivity), apps have great personalized experiences across all end points (including full offline capabilities that SF.com does not offer), and deep BI and intelligence with Power BI and Cortana Intelligence Integration (for rich data visualization and things like pipeline close rate prediction (not sure if this is true, we should get the right accurate example))

EXAMPLE TO ROMANCE ON THE VALUE OF A BUSINESS PROCESS AS A SERVICE MODEL
“Data has become the new currency, and organizations create and have access to more of it, and faster than ever before. The challenge is how to transform it into intelligence that generates action and drive outcomes. Dynamics 365 will allow organizations to adopt individual business apps such as Marketing, Sales, Service and Operations, but as organizations adopt more of the apps, synergies will be unleashed in the form ‘Intelligent Business Processes’. This will help proactively guide employees & customers to generate optimal outcomes.
As an example – you can adopt Sales for Salesforce Automation, create quotes with standard prices and so on…. But if you have both the Sales and Operations Apps the pricing that will show up when you quote customers will consider tax rules, pricing & discount calculations from the Operations App, and it will automatically impact the inventory and manufacturing forecasts in the Operations App for more accurate and cost effective planning.
Another example could be derived from Project Service Automation. Project teams can use it as standalone app in close alignment with Office 365, but when combined with Operations, the time and expense reports that project members submit, will automatically go to account, HR and Payroll systems, and Project Accounts will be automatically updated for Finance in the Operations App.
It sounds basic… but the fact is that the classic delineation between CRM and ERP has created a separation in data and processes. Dynamics 365 breaks down this separation, and our business platform strategy together with CIT and IOT is centered on enabling this to new levels.

With Dynamics 365, we’ve not only evolved our product strategy, we’ve also tried to reinvent our approach to pricing and packaging
The predominate licensing motion will continue to be “per user”, but in the future we’ll be thinking of the broad user base in two categories.
The first category is your “light users”. This is the broad user base that predominately consumes data and reports and completes light tasks like time entry and HR updates. This user base provides the basis for our enterprise wide offers. This user base has not been a focus in the past but will be in the future.
The second category of users is “full users”. Full users are the users who leverage the majority of biz apps functionality. They have also been referred to as Pros, Power Users, etc.
In the future these users can PURCHASE TWO WAYs
The first is using APPS BASED Licensing– This is where a user is narrowly licensed at an individual application level. (I’m a sales user, I’m only licensed for sales) This is largely how biz apps are licensed and sold today. We understand that this is still an important motion and we want to continue to support this traditional model of licensing when it is needed..
The second way, the one that is new and that we are most excited about. We call it PLAN BASED licensing: Plan based user licences allow a customer, with a single licence, the flexibility to leverage whatever functionality they need (within their plan) to fit their specific user role. This type of licensing not only provides a lot more flexibility and cost savings, it also enables customers to build custom user roles that reflect the real world, bringing more value to their organizations
