strategies, etc., and their comparison with
standard measurements, or similar measurements
of its peers.
 It helps in identifying best practices in an
organization
 The objectives of benchmarking are
 Identifying the areas which require improvement
 Analyzing the ways used by other organizations
increasing performance and comparing them
 Improve performance using above obtained
information
 Know your suppliers
 The compliance oversight committee
 Don’t let growth overwhelm you
