Statement & as Per Approved Project Drawings Supervised, Inspected & Witnessed Instrument
Cable Duct Bank, Cable Pulling from Instrument to J.B & Control Room, Stanchion of
instrument devices, Marshalling Panel, Junction Boxes installation, Mounting of instrument
devices such as pressure, level, temperature transmitter, RTD and thermocouple, pressure,
Level, Flow and temperature switch & Control valves . Calibration of Transmitters, Control
valves, Switches of all Parameters Like pressure, Level, temperature, Flow
 Implement the Audit Program to measure the quality performance of all contractors and
suppliers.
 Ensure effective control of quality documentation, records, non-conformances and corrective

 Ensures the quality records, acceptance certificates, mechanical completion certificates and
the documentation for specific systems and buildings/areas are prepared and collated in
accordance with project requirements.
 Evaluate the Quality Management Systems of sub-contractors and suppliers.
 Set up QA/QC procedures and Plans.
 Carry out Quality Audits and Site inspections.
 Assist QA/QC manger during IMS Internal audits.
 Control and monitor DCC & Laboratory department during absence of QA/QC Manager.
 Ensure that there is an effective document control system maintained throughout the life of
the project.
 Attend the weekly internal project review meeting and weekly QA/QC meeting with client
during absence of QA/QC manager.
 Coordinate all receipt of inspections.
 Coordinate with material controller for all material inspections.
 Develop and maintain excellent working relationships with appropriate client and
subcontractor representatives.
 Coordinate with the QA/QC manager for the completion of as-built turnover documentation.
 Consider the implications of delays in QC as-built turnover documentation and bring to the
attention of the site QC manager.
 Manage QA/QC department and Report to the Project management and client during absence
of QA/QC Manager irrespective of leave cycle.
 Perform the key role as described within the company Safety, Health & Environment Policy
and Statement and for the implementation of programmers aimed at attaining zero accidents.
 Inspection & Witness of cable Megger & continuity test before Terminating Cable & then Cable
termination Check to verify exact termination point of each cable core as per Approved wiring
Drawing, Core Marker & tightness of cable.
 Inspection & Witness of Instrument air and process Tubing.
 Anything not as per Standards or Specification then Making Surveillance or Non Conformance
Reports.
 Carried out daily job activities after receiving RFI (Request for inspection) from contractor.
 Work for loop checking, Interlock check, P & ID, ILD, Data Sheet.
 Prepared Punch list for the activities carried out by construction group.
 Work on Pre & Final turnover punching System.
 Inspection of Instrument Calibration Shop, Test equipment as per Standard.
 Perform surveillance inspection of in-progress installations to ensure adherence standards
regarding the installations of cable trays, cable terminations, power distribution switchgear,
transformers, motor control centers, PLC’s, electrical heat trace installations, and other
electrical equipment specifications through construction; commissioning and start-ups and
maximizing plant reliability.
 Contribute expertise and hands on experience with DCS, SIS and other instruments
installations.
 Witness post installation testing of all electrical and Instrumentation systems and devices.
 When required, attend and evaluate vendors’ FAT performance of packaged instrumentation
units (i.e. DCS) in accordance with all relevant standards.
