Reviewing Previous Lesson or Presenting New Lessons The teacher will post different objects that can be found in Luzon. Ask the students to identify the origin of the objects. Ex. Ask the students to identify and name the origin of the given portraits. Assign student to share their output in class. 10 minutes Mix and Match The teacher will post scrambled letters on the board. Ask the students to form words out of the given letters until they guess the exact word. Ex. RIESWJELE, BSTAKES, ESLTCHO, OTAOTT etc. 5 minutes The teacher will ask the students to identify whether the following products are local or foreign in origin. Ex. Coke, Tira- tira, Sinukmani/ka kanin, Ferrero, Nutella etc. 5 minutes C. Presenting Examples / Instances of the New Lesson The teacher will present different arts and crafts to the class through a short video clip. (Note: The teacher can also present samples through printed pictures.) Developing Mastery (Leads To Formative Assessment 3) The students will name the given arts and crafts, their characteristics, elements and principles that they observe. Ex. Allow the students to have at least a minute to reflect on the given example.
