This document discusses child malnutrition in Mocce and presents a research project to address the issue. The project aims to [1] implement health services and ensure food security, health and education for children in Mocce, [2] design effective monitoring of children's nutrition, and [3] strengthen public hygiene education. A schedule is provided for medical care, clinical tests, food donations, health talks and dental care from November 2-30. The project financing will come from donations and support from NGOs, government agencies and companies. Responsibilities are assigned for medical support, community support, donations, medical staff organization, and food/drug distribution.

INTRODUCTION
Childhood is considered a crucial step in the evolutionary process of man, characterized by two
phenomena: growth and development, which is essential for proper nutrition.
The ravages of malnutrition that is suffered in childhood are the most lamented by a society, at
this stage the biggest impact a child's brain suffers, which produce metabolic and structural
irreversible, however, child malnutrition is not just a problem of lack of food, is a deeper social
conflict, which must be taken into account when offering solutions.
Depending on the level of malnutrition are supported to varying degrees. McLaren set the
following grades: I (mild), II (moderate) and III (severe), according to the percentage of lost
weight, based on size and age, in mild cases of weight loss is estimated between 85 -90% of
the ideal, in between 75-85% moderate and severe when the weight is less than 75% of ideal
for height and age.
The ravages of malnutrition that is suffered in childhood are the most lamented by a society, at

changes irreversible.
Malnutrition in early life can affect the growth of the individual. Although it is possible to achieve
further improvement in the adequacy of size, through good nutrition, as the child continues to
grow to 18 years 9, these individuals never reach a normal size.
We then consider malnutrition as a final result of underdevelopment, where the child has the
greatest impact, depending on others for care and growth.
For this child malnutrition is not just a problem of lack of food, is a deeper social conflict, which
must be taken into account when offering solutions.
That said, the main purpose of this project is to identify and provide solutions to social problems
(nutrition) of children in MOCCE.

OBJECTIVES
 Implement a health tent attention to the population of Mocce, comprehensive interventions
to ensure food security, health and education.
 Optimize and improve the health of the population of Mocce.
 Designing effective monitoring of the nutritional outcomes of the population of Mocce.
 Strengthen public participation in education mocce hygiene.
 Improve the targeting of food assistance programs, promoting intersectoral coordination.
PURPOSES
 Keeping track of medical care from one month to the population of Mocce.
 Give the population participation in activities mocce to develop.
 Giving medical care and tests to the respective population of Mocce.
 Try to distribute the donated resources as efficiently as possible.
 Try to reduce poverty, chronic diseases.
 Give comfort and security to the population mocce district.
