  • This development proposal is designed to attract 5-6 investors to
    raise capital AUD750,000 to develop 3-4 townhouses in Reservoir,
    a suburb within 13km of the Melbourne Metropolitan area.
         Total Investment AUD750,000
         Minimum investment AUD150,000
         Open for 5 members only on first come first serve basis.
         Time Frame 12 months
  • Investor is given first priority for the purchase of the units at 5%
    discount when completed.
  • Plans will be drawn up and advertised for off the plan sale (at
    reduced price) in an attempt to sell before construction starts. All
    investors will have the option of purchasing capital prior to being
    released to the market.
  • Construction will take approximately 12 months and on completion
    any unsold capital will go straight on the market.

 • Receive interest payments amounting to 10% per annum
   on the funds invested, paid quarterly.
 • Receive completion bonus amounting to 20% of the net
   profit
 • Investor is given first priority for the purchase of the units at
