This document proposes a resident-owner-investor real estate investment trust (REIT) model. The motivation is to create a diversified real estate investment that is not limited to a single property. The vision is to address both the housing crisis and living crisis by allowing lives unbounded by housing constraints. The investment structure would involve buyers submitting properties to the REIT for approval and occupancy in exchange for common stock. Target customers would be high-income professionals and the returns are projected for both non-equity and equity investment models. Marketing would target sophisticated investors and the competitive advantages and risks are discussed.
