Now, I am going to interpret clause 5.C. This clause gives information about M.O.S. where 50% of M.O.S. should be water soak able and another 50% should be basement area
Clause 5.D. gives information about balcony, where area of balcony should be 30% at the front and the railing height should be 1.2 m. Balcony should not be extended to setback. And gross area of balcony can be adjusted if area of balcony is provided much in one floor. In this case, area of balcony should be minimized at other floors.
