This document summarizes the key problems in implementing education policies in Pakistan. The document also provides recommendations to address these gaps such as involving stakeholders, strengthening accountability, and providing training. It concludes that lack of direction, consistency, and commitment have hindered effective policy implementation in Pakistan's education system.
