Problem Solving
No longer is problem solving the sole preserve
of the boardroom. New and complex business
challenges require everyone in your organisation
to solve workplace issues.
The Problem Solving programme will give
employees the skills to efficiently remove
problems in your organisation.
It’s an essential, flexible and rewarding experience
- and for eligible organisations it is being fully
funded by the European Social Fund so there is
no cost to you.

Why you need this training?
• Is there ever a difference between what you are
expecting a result to be, and what the result actually is?
• Do you have a lot of reoccuring problems?
• Is a problem’s severity often not accurately assessed?
• Do you never really get to the bottom of a problem?
• Are quick fixes normal within your organisation?

Following this training, employees
will have the ability to:
• Analyse problems and identify problem severity
• Identify the contributing factors to permanently solve
problems
• Assess the impact of alternative solutions
• Work more efficiently with co-workers, customers,
partners and vendors
• Use available resources to resolve issues constructively
• Achieve consensus by seeing a problem professionally,
not personally

Who is Problem Solving
suitable for?
Because today’ s business environment
dictates that all employees need to be
equipped to solve problems, Problem
Solving training is highly relevant to all
levels within your organisation, whatever
your area of activity.
If you have six or more people, Problem
Solving can be delivered exclusively within
your workplace. If your organisation meets
