I enjoy training as part of my continuous development. Training helps me to deliver and perform in
myrole.Oracle,myemployerhasinvestedalotininternalandexternaltrainingandIhadrecentlythe
chance tofollowone of theirprograms,theDITCertificate AccreditationtraininginSalesPractice.This
post is about my experience.
I am writing this article based on my experienceof a BusinessDevelopmentManager10 monthsinto
my role. Before that I have had 20 years experiences in sales & telesales and the program has still
given menewskills Ican usetoday and tomorrow forboth myself andmy BusinessDevelopmentTeam.
The DITPrograminSalesPractice isaglobally recognized Accreditationmade availabletoOracle Direct
EMEA ISRs, SCs and BDCs. Qualifications are available at both Certificate and Diploma levels. This
programis runincollaborationwithOSA (OracleSalesAcademy)inInternalOracle TrainingTeamand
Dublin Institute of Technology who run 400 undergraduate, postgraduate, research, part-time and

March once I have passed my 12 months in Oracle.
