agree with you. An executive in a big or small company gets things done by influencing the
uncommitted and unmotivated to take actions that are not in their immediate best interest… the
executives are responsible for creatingwealth for the shareholders, and this is done by leading the
people who do the work of the company. They must formulate clear direction and align actions to
