I am a software consultant turned Microsoft evangelist turned ALM consultant and agile coach who has also held the positions of Office Director, People Lead, and now a Delivery Director as part of a new company – 3Cloud Solutions! I approach all of my roles with the ultimate goal of fostering an environment where all of my team members can truly thrive in a culture that values diversity, experimentation, continual improvement, and psychological safety. I leverage these experiences and passions in my work with clients as well, as an agile transformation change agent, trainer, and coach.
