This document provides an overview and summary of a Campus Recruitment Management System project created by Harshit Malviya and Abhishek Singh. The system allows for interaction between students and companies by providing students with suitable company listings and eligible students to companies. It maintains individual student records and allows online registration, requests and exams. The system has administrative, student, and company modules and uses tools like HTML, CSS, JavaScript, MySQL and PHP.

2. INTRODUCTION OF PROJECT
Campus Recruitment Management System is a platform that
provide interface between students and company.
System provide the list of suitable companies to the students,
according to their educational qualification, experience and their
preferences.
System provides the list of eligible students from a pool according
to required skill for vacancy of company.

3. MOTIVATION
The central idea of motivation for Campus Recruitment Management System(CRMS).
Most of the companies came to the college for recruitment every year, but for the certain
reasons most of the students didn't get the information about the recruitment and due to
that they looses the chance of getting themselves placed. So, looking toward the
problem caused to the students, we are moving with the idea of making this project so
that the students can get the proper information about the upcoming companies and
getting themselves placed.

4. TOOLS USED IN THE SYSTEM
Front End Tools:-
- HTML, CSS, JavaScript.
Back End Tools:-
- MySQL, PHP.

5.  Maintain individual Student record.
 Maintain Section wise Student details.
 Evaluating Student performance.
 Making only eligible Students to take the test.
 Allow online registrations for the Online Selection
Test.
 Allow online requests and support for the
examination.
PURPOSE OF SYSTEM

6. Admin Module :
Here Admin should manage user's and employee’s account in various way if
any of user or employee found that abuse of site than admin can ban him.
Admin also can maintain master level database details and can fill entry in the
various master table fields like city, state, country, products, categories etc.
Student Module :
Student is registered by the this site. A student can apply job for company
and eligible students give a online Exam which is held by company.
Company Module :
Here Company is a person with a given or not given appropriate authentication
and privileges. Company can perform all level tasks such as post a job and take
a on-line exam as well as their manage our status through the site.

10. In general, The Eligible Students can get interested job in desired
company as per his skill.
Company can get required eligible employees.
System provide easily communication between students and
company.
EXPECTED OUTCOME

11. This system is only available for particular College students, not another
college students.
The Admit Card(hall ticket) cannot provided from the System.
Company cannot take online student’s interview.
LIMITATIONS

12. FUTURE ENHANCEMENT
We can send mail to all the students who are eligible for recruitment, now we send
message to inform students.
The Admit card(hall ticket) can be provided from the website.
We can show the overall results of students and generate report.
Website should be made available for all colleges.
