HYDRODYNE (I) PVT. LTD. HYDRDODYNE DESIGN BENEFITS LONGEST MTBF The Mean Time Between Failures is the longest in the case of canned motor pumps. Bearings are the only parts that come up for the replacement and the bearing reveal a pretty long life. Bearings have lubrication grooves and function as flooded bearings.

HYDRODYNE (I) PVT. LTD. HYDRDODYNE Type HD Suitable for a broad range of clean, nonvolatile liquids with moderate temperatures. Thermostat  Embedded in the hot spots of  stator winding. Protects winding against overload or overheating. Terminal Box Flameproof enclosure conforms to IP 67, O-ring sealing for tertiary fluid containment. Stator Specially designed  explosion  proof- flame proof, Eex - d IIB T4  (Ex) ds as per IS 2148 - 1981.  Bearing Monitor Mechanical type bearing monitor keeps track of normal bearing wear, axial or radial. The monitor signals at the limit of maximum allowable bearing wear. In addition, the  monitor is useful in detecting corrosion of the stator liner and the rotor sleeve. Flanges Self venting centerline discharge Impeller High efficiency design, open and closed configurations. (Optional flow inducer available for minimum NPSH Requirements.)  Shaft Sleeves Available in a variety of surface treatments to suit the specific fluid applications. Replaced when bearings are changed for like new wear surface and clearances. HYDRODYNE (I) PVT. LTD. HYDRDODYNE Type HT High Temperature Pump HT Designed for high temperature fluids up to 400 OC. The pump and motor are separated thermally by an adaptor which prevents heat transfer from the pump to motor area. In these pumps an independent circulating system with cooling jacket and heat exchanger is provided. The circulation is achieved with the aid of an auxiliary impeller mounted at the fore end of the motor chamber. HYDRODYNE (I) PVT. LTD. HYDRDODYNE Type HS Slurry Pump HS is designed for slurry services. The function of this arrangement is to prevent the slurry entering into the rotor chamber. Clean liquid is flushed through the inlet port at the back of the motor to prevent the ingress of slurry into the  motor area with back flushing line arrangement. HYDRODYNE (I) PVT. LTD. HYDRDODYNE Type HSS High Temperature  Slurry Seal Pump HSS is a slurry handling pump with provision of a mechanical seal. These are almost identical in construction to the HS type. Here again the pumped liquid is flushed through the inlet port at the back of the motor to prevent the ingress of slurry into the motor area with back flushing line arrangement. In order to restrict flushing volume to bare minimum a mechanical seal is provided at the shaft entry point. HYDRODYNE (I) PVT. LTD. HYDRDODYNE Type HSV Slurry Handling, Gas Seal Type HSV the gas chamber is provided with this type between the motor part and the pump part, so that the flushing liquid being circulated within the motor part for cooling motor and lubricating bearing, and the pumping liquid are separated from each other by gas charge in the gas chamber, and the mechanical seal does not come into contact with the pumping liquid. Because of this, abrasion and corrosion of such components parts of the motor as bearings, mechanical seal, rotor sleeve and stator liner, etc. due to slurry can be avoided completely. HYDRDODYNE Type VB Vertical Barrel Mounted Pump This are tropically  for low NPSH applications such us, LPG, PROPANE, BUTANE, etc. the Canned Motor Pumps is submerged below the ground level in a barrel, to increase the static head and ensure adequate suction for the pump. HYDRODYNE (I) PVT. LTD. HYDRDODYNE BEARINGS, SLEEVES, THRUST WASHERS, These are extremely robust, long lived bush bearings which are lubricated by the pump fluid itself without resources to external lubrication. Automatic 'Thrust Balancing eliminates load on the bearings, while the pump is running. Bearing are designed for life in excess of three years but most often last very much longer. Bearing material options are available in Carbon Graphite, Silicon Carbide or Tungsten Carbide to ensure compatibility with the process fluid including special hard materials, which when combined with hardened shaft journal ensure increased life and enable the pump to cope with abrasive byproducts or other adverse conditions.

Bearings are the only parts that come up for the replacement and the bearing reveal a pretty long life. Bearings have lubrication grooves and function as flooded bearings.

Bearing Monitor Mechanical type bearing monitor keeps track of normal bearing wear, axial or radial. The monitor signals at the limit of maximum allowable bearing wear. In addition, the monitor is useful in detecting corrosion of the stator liner and the rotor sleeve. The pump and motor are separated thermally by an adaptor which prevents heat transfer from the pump to motor area. Automatic 'Thrust Balancing eliminates load on the bearings, while the pump is running. Bearing are designed for life in excess of three years but most often last very much longer.
