2. BILLING SYSTEM
• The "Departmental Billing System" has been developed to override the problems prevailing in the
practicing manual system.
• The application is reduced as much as possible to avoid errors while entering the data.
• It also provides error message while entering invalid data.
• Departmental Billing System, as described above, can lead to error free, secure, reliable and fast
management system.

3. PROBLEM STATEMENT
• When bill is prepared manually in any shop it has high chance of getting something incorrect
and there might be also a possibility that worker is demanding more money from its actual
amount and making his own profit without knowledge of the owner of the shop.
• The records were never used to be in a systematic order.
• If any information was to be found it was required to go through the different registers, documents
there would never exist anything like report generation.

4. FOLLOWING POINTS SHOULD BE WELL CONSIDERED:
• Details of the information needed for each document and report.
• With the implementation of computerized system, the task of keeping records in an organized
manner will be solved.
• Documents and reports that must be provided by the new system.

5. WHY IS THE PARTICULAR TOPIC CHOSEN?
• Sometimes when we go to any department then we face a difficulty like errors occurs during making
bill.
• When bill is prepared manually in any shop it has high chance of getting something incorrect

• These are some problems that’s why we decided to make a software that will improve this problem in
everyone’s life.

6. OBJECTIVE
• The main aim of the project was to develop a form which would take the input as of name and
category of product and its quantity and it will give you the output as it is present is stock or not.
• We can enquire about availability of stocks of product present in our shop.
• We can make bill of the customer.
• We can modify the information related to :Client, Category, Product
