Food Ordering App

Introduction
• This project is designed so as to be used by Food
Ordering Company specializing in ordering foods
for customers.
• It is an online system through which customers
can view available foods, register, view profile
and order foods.
Problem Statement
A Food Ordering is a site that can be used for ordering foods
from anywhere within the our range.
• Not every people have have time to access restaurant,
order foods and have it.
• To order food a prospective client must first register as a
client through our site.
• Existing system aren’t user-friendly and Search Engine
Optimized.
Objectives
• To produce a web-based system that allow customer to
register and order foods online and for the company to
effectively manage their food ordering business.
• To ease customer's task whenever they need to order foods.
Literature Review
Found mero kinmel where we found following issue which
we are going to overcome in our project.
• Bad User Interface
• Absence of online payment

Functional Requirement
• The system should allow new users to register online.
• Customers should be able to use the system to order foods online.
• Clients should be able to leave feedback and comments on the service provided.

• Highly secured.
Feasibility Study
• Technical feasibility:The purpose course of action can be performed
with the existing hardware, software and the technical expertise. In
short, it does not require any additional Hardware and Software.
• Operational feasibility:The system is operational feasible since the
user are familiar with the technologies and hence there is no need to
gear up the personnel to use the system. Also the system is very user
friendly and easy to use.
• Economic feasibility:We have estimated that the cost for the
development of the app will be minimum which will benefit the
developers. So, the system that is being developed is economic

• HTML, CSS, & JavaScript has been used for frontend,
PHP as server side where MySQL server has been used as
backend for database in our project.
• We have used following CASE tool for our project; draw.io
to sketch ER-Diagram andVisual Paradigm to sketch the
levels of DFD
Expected Outcome
• Admin will be able to manage the category, price & other
things.
• User will be able to access the menu of foods & order
foods.
