• Nowadays, online shopping occupying an essential part of shopping , big

serious business can’t be improved and reaches all over the world unless it
has websites, even most families , clubs and pets ,snacks do, too.
• These project is aimed at developing a web application that depicts online
shopping of mobiles and purchasing using payment gateway.
• The project of online shopping system is very helpful for where the
customer can directly buy the product or items form home through
internet connection on mobile or a system.
• These system helps to choose products faster and easier at one place.

There are many problems are related to the Online shopping some of them are:
• Customers may not be willing to shop online: Some customers are concerned
about the quality of online products.
• Lack of payment options: Customers may not be able to pay with cash on
delivery or their preferred debit card.
• Products may not meet expectations: Products may be damaged or defective
upon arrival.
• Regular shops are losing customers to online brands: Online shopping has
become a trend.

We are trying to achieve our objectives and goals of the system some of them are:
• To study online shopping system models and various factors related to
consumer behavior towards online shopping.
• To developed and easy to use web-based interface where user can search
for product view a complete description of the product and other the
product.
• To main objective to increase the quantity of sales by making the new
technology of web pages design more attractive and to search a lot of
customers and company to their location.
• To study customers satisfaction with respect to online shopping.
• To authorize consumers to both buy and sell without the interference of
companies.

• This project has great future scope. Online shopping internet software
developed on and for the Windows and later versions environments and Linux
OS. This project also provides security with the use of login -id and passwords,
so that any unauthorized users can not use your account. The only authorized
that will have proper access authorized can access the software.
• LIMITATIONS:
• lack of interactivity in online shopping.
• Frauds in online shopping.
• You cannot bargain.
• Online shoppers do not have ability to physically inspect or try on the item being
considered for purchase.

• The process of gathering information, diagnosing the problems, then
interpreting facts is known as System analysis. It also includes
recommending system improvements needed, based on the same data. The
system is observed as a whole, the inputs need to be identified first before
turning them and then the system is subjected to study as a whole to
identify the problem areas.
• So, on the whole, system analysis is done to improve the system
performance by monitoring it and obtaining the best throughput possible
from it. Therefore, system analysis plays a crucial role in designing any
system.

CLD is the context level diagram which includes the main entities of the system
and the DFD is the data flow diagram which includes that how the data is flow
into the system.

DFD are depend on how many date flows are in the system.
