How to register a project
To register an eTwinning project, a teacher must first find and add a partner contact from another country to their contact list. Once the contact accepts, the first teacher fills out a registration form providing the project title, description, languages, ages and number of pupils involved, subject, aims, tools to be used, work process, and expected results. Both the first teacher's and second teacher's national support services must then approve the project before other partners can be added and work can begin.

The outputs of this work have been analysed and compared to identify relevant parameters and success factors for classifying and comparing these initiatives.

This document outlines guidelines for evolving education models from Education 1.0 to Education 4.0 through STEAME schools. The POERUP project aims to develop policies to promote the uptake of Open Educational Resources (OER) in order to provide wider access to education, higher quality teaching, and lower costs. The project is studying OER initiatives in universities, schools, and post-secondary colleges in selected countries. Initial country studies were conducted in 17 countries, and 7 case studies of OER communities were selected for further examination. The project is focusing on developing policies for educational institutions and consortia, and has already begun policy work in collaboration with international organizations. Dissemination of the project's findings has included presentations at several international conferences between 2012-2013.
Tell Your Story: literature review on using Storytelling with maps to reduce ...
The study lays the foundation for the ensuing development work of the Tell Your Story project. It sums up the results of national and transnational desk-based research activities. The state of the art focuses on three key areas, firstly the current situation regarding prevention of, intervention against, and compensation of early leavers from education and training in the countries participating in the project (FR, AT, BE, SI, UK, IT) and in other European countries and at European level.
Early School Leavers are a non-homogeneous group. The youngsters with difficulties at school are mainly studying in a vocational high school rather than secondary schools. The main causes of dropping out are: i) the school environment, ii) pupil-related such as low levels of performance and family-related like single parenthood.
The research examines some solutions and progress made within the strategic framework Education and Training 2020 and synthesises the present state of research on the potential for story-telling and digital story mapping to engage young people at risk. The report explores policies at different scales, strategies for engagement, the reported use of tools, pedagogical approaches, success stories and concludes with recommendations that influence the rest of the Tell Your Story project.

Innoteach

E-COP – Project no. 167127-LLP-1-2009-1-IT-KA1-KA1ECETB Kick-off meeting, Milan, February 25 and 26, 2010 3 Objectives of the program MFI can be seen as a place where youngsters learn to develop • their social skills, • their professional aspirations • and their personal objectives MFI includes : •A “life project” •A guidance to identify one’s future professional interest •Learning about the rules of the community •The acquisition of basic academic knowledge •The acquisition of basic knowledge to enter a vocational program and become a worker in a business

E-COP – Project no. 167127-LLP-1-2009-1-IT-KA1-KA1ECETB Kick-off meeting, Milan, February 25 and 26, 2010 4 Organization of the program Duration 4 weeks to 6 months Average 8 weeks Staff involved A full time guide All the teachers of the sections CPMS (centre psycho-medico social) incl. 1 psychologist Content 19 periods / week 4 periods of general courses (French +maths) 2 periods of dedicated guidance 3 x 4 periods (or more) in the elected section + 1 interview at the CPMS / 2 weeks + Visits to relevant organizations, various recurrent and one-off activities + Role play, simulations, discussion groups, case studies Location In the sites of the section – on school campus

E-COP – Project no. 167127-LLP-1-2009-1-IT-KA1-KA1ECETB Kick-off meeting, Milan, February 25 and 26, 2010 5 The context The French Community Education ministry promulgated a decree to promote innovative projects that encourage students •to remain in the school system until the end of the compulsory education (18 years old) •to obtain a degree (vocational or high school) The idea •An increased number of students do not know what section to choose •Changing sections in the middle of the academic year is detrimental for the student •Students are not aware of the realities of the work market •In class there is little time for personal attention for each studentSupport •Local & national authorities •ESF – “Innovative projects” •2007 - 2013
