E-COP – Project no. 167127-LLP-1-2009-1-IT-KA1-KA1ECETB
Kick-off meeting, Milan, February 25 and 26, 2010 3
Creation of a business plan based of a virtual company of their choice in
60 hours – 9 full days
The business plan will outline
 Marketing issues of their business : What do I sell ? To whom ? How ? At what price ?
Where ?
 Human resources : Do I hire ? Who ? What are my expectations ? And my workers
expectations ?
 Financial matters : what will be my turnover ? My expenses ? My profit ?
 Quality issues : balance between price and quality
 Ethical and environmental issues : how can I contribute to society ?
 Short term and long term forecast : projections at 1 and at 56 years
Focus is on understanding why these elements are important in a company and
how an employee with an entrepreneurial attitude can contribute to its working.
