First time
in India
Auto-Climbing Formwork System for High rise Construction
Features
 Each jack has a capacity
of 40 MT.
 Used in high rise
buildings with core wall.
 Both tower crane and
boom placer can be
mounted on this system.
 Only 56 buildings have
been constructed using
this system in the
world.

Minerva Tower Lodha Wadala
MIAL ATC Tower
Airport Viewing Gallery in ATC Tower
• India’s tallest Air Traffic Control (ATC)
Tower at 83.8 m height for MIAL Project.
• Complicated Structure constructed with
In-house Climbing Systems
• Received ICI McBauchemie Award 2013
for Outstanding Concrete Structure
Top Down Construction Technology
Conventional way of construction is the process of
taking up the buildings works in sequence from
foundation till the final super structure level is
reached.
In Top Down Construction, the structure is taken up
from the upper levels and progress
incrementally till the bottom level or founding
level is reached.
Advantages
• Faster Execution: Sub and Super Structure
works can be constructed simultaneously.
• High quality: Improved quality due to composite
and precast structures.
• Cost Savings: Time is money. Simultaneous
works execution reduces overall cost.
• Minimal Foot print in the ground.
Weld Mesh System
High Productivity Minimal Workmen
Better Rebar Bonding Cost Savings
18,000 MT of erection
Structural Erection @ DIAL Project
• First Time in India
• 18000 MT of Structural Steel Works
• Roof truss erection using 16 Strand Jacks with remote control
• Max. weight of Single Lift - 600 MT
Column-free Hangar @ MIAL Project
145m long column-free
span Hangar in India &
longest span trussed
structure used in a building
(other than bridges) in
Asia.
 Typical 34M span erection in 250M Radius of
Curvature
 Typical 31M span erection in 128M Radius of
Curvature
 No counter weights
 Segment can be picked from ground / completed
deck
Launching girder with movable winch @ HMRL
Glass Fibre Reinforced Gypsum (GFRG) for Finishes
 Innovative light weight material
 Most suitable for complicated
profiles & geometry
 Superior finish for indoor interior
 Construction friendly installations
 Maintenance free
Concrete Technology
Self Compacting Concrete
 Used to achieve Architectural forms and
corrugated elements.
 Consistency in surface texture of MIAL -
ATC Sky Tower profile stands as a
testimony for this technique.
Quick Set Concrete
 Quick Set concrete was used for
encasing of ducts and pipes for Runway
and allied taxiway lighting system.
 This ensured aircraft landing within 6Hrs
commencement of work.
Light weight Concrete
 Light weight concrete of density
10KN/cum.
 For roof slopes with reduced dead loads.
 Roof slopes & land scape areas.
Fiber Reinforced Concrete
 Fiber reinforced concrete (With Steel /
Polypropylene) used for high strength
flooring applications for warehouses &
Factories.
 Flexural strength - 5.5 to 7 Mpa.
3D Design Studios
 State-of-the-art fully functional 3D Studio - ‘Srishti’ and ‘Dristhi’ at Chennai &
Mumbai - where ideas are born & synergized and designs translated into
virtual reality.
 Features like virtual prototyping, walk-throughs and analysis by controlling virtual
models including design reviews give the customer a feel of the actual project
before execution.
Design Software
Cognizant, Chennai
Autodesk Building Information Modeling (BIM)
• 3D Modeling software used for collaboration and clash detection among
various services in a complex project during design stage.
