The EU-Eastern Partnership Culture & Creativity Programme supports the cultural and creative sectors in Eastern Europe to promote humanitarian, social and economic development. The program focuses on agenda setting, building alliances, establishing a positive climate for culture, providing evidence and learning, building capacity, and mainstreaming Eastern Partnership culture. It is led by a core team in Kyiv and country coordinators, and supports increasing cultural contacts, sharing knowledge and coordinating donor information.
