•Everybody who is of full legal Age in the host country, but not
younger than 18 years and no older than 30 years
Participants:
• All youth / young adults who are interested and
suitable; including former exchange students,
RYLA participants, Rotaractors, former
Rotaractors, former Interactors
Application:
•The local Rotary Club is the gateway
Cooperation:
•Existing Rotry Networks may and shall be used
