The EU-Eastern Partnership Culture and Creativity Programme aims to support the cultural and creative sectors in Armenia, Azerbaijan, Belarus, Georgia, Moldova, and Ukraine to contribute to sustainable development. It has four components: cultural research and indicators; capacity building; increasing European contacts and opportunities; and communication/advocacy. The Programme seeks to increase cooperation between EU and Eastern Partnership countries, share knowledge and practices, and coordinate donor assistance. It is led by a team in Kyiv working with country coordinators and associates.
