U se W e use the present Continuous to say we are in the middle of an action  (It’s going on at that very moment.) I  am waiting  for the bus at the moment.  (I’m at the station now.)
U se W e use the present Continuous to say: W e are annoyed.   You  are  always  pulling  my hair.
U se W e use the present Continuous to say: T hat a situation is temporary. Right now  I’m living  with my parents for a while.
F orm P ositive forms: In the present continuous we use a present tense of  be  + verb + ing. I  am washing  the dishes. Jim  is watching  the news at the moment.
F orm N egative forms: In the present continuous we use a present tense of  be  + not + verb + ing.   I  am not washing  the dishes. Jim  is not watching  the news at the moment.
