Videos and Virtual Tours. With multiple video hosting sites now
available (YouTube, Google, AOL, Y!, Vimeo, Daily Motion, etc.), you
will have more chances of being found. Beyond that, buyers prefer
having videos and virtual tours. According to ComSource,
“Consumers/clients spend an average of 75% longer on web sites
with a video.” This along with a detailed description can increase the
likelihood of selling. Dr. McQuivey of Forrester Research also claims
that “Watching 1 minute of video is the equivalent to reading 1.8

To increase the chances of being found, single property websites will
be the hub of all directed traffic to view the content accumulated for

property, but now we well dive into it. If there are 1,000 buyers searching for

copywriting and photographs, an essential step in the process of generating more

No amount of marketing can sell an overpriced listing.

With the typical agent, you only discover potential deal-killing
repairs after you are already under contract - when the buyer hires a
home inspector to scrutinize every aspect of your property.
When you list - and close - your condo with me, I can arrange for a
pre-listing inspection by one of the area’s most experienced, and
respected, inspection firms.

buyer’s schedule. Having your condo in move-in condition also

When you list - and close - your condo with me, I will pay for
your brief staging consultation by one of Coastal Alabama’s
most experienced professional stagers.
Staging is not decorating. Decorating appeals to the person
owning the condo; staging is positioning the unit to appeal to
the psychological needs of buyers by creating a series of
impressions that build an emotional connection to help buyers
imagine living in or owning the unit. An AOL Money &
Finance poll revealed that 87% of respondents said
presentation makes the difference in most condo and

Also, while many agents overlook the presentation of your
condo and push for price reductions, the problems, whether
perceived or real, still exist. I work to overcome any
objections before your property hits the market and before it
