 It will start in 28 November, 2015 with quality full office furniture in various
designs & we have taken a big plan i.e for 5 yrs.
 And we hope we can establish our brand within 3 yrs. & till that time our profit will
reach 1.5 crore. We hope we can earn a profit of 1.5 crore within a yr.
 We Produce & Sale 4 types of Office furnitures like :-

2. Desk
3. Bookshelves
4. Chair mats & accessories
5. Dinning Tables
6. Office Decors
7. Custom Installed Office Solutions
8. Sofa
 We use a big amount of our capital for establishment in advertisement & promotion.
 We spent more than 10 lakhs for advertisements & hope we can establish our brand
image within 3 yrs. .
 Our advertisement main area is TV & radio channels.
 We will launch our new product on 4 ½ yrs. later when our company will stay in
maturity stage of product life cycle.
 Our main target area is Bandar Kurla Complex & Vashi, but after this we will cover
whole India country.

Complex as they are commerical business area where our product will be
demanded more & Sales will be increased.
 Preeti Furniture is serve office furniture product but in the growth stage we think our sales
will increase than the introduction stage.
 For our strong marketing strategy people will know about our product rapidly & our
sales will increase.
 Here our product market is growing by 41 %, our sales is high by 53%, our
competition is also moderate i.e 21%.
 To compete with our competitors we have to decrease our cost to how much we can.
 At the growth stage our profit will increase day to day. And we have capture vashi &
Bandar Kurla Complex market Because in this stage we will decrease our cost.
 We will spent more money in promotion & advertising of our
product & will give more importance to this 2 sectors.
 So that more customers will be attract to our product.
 In the maturity stage, it will challenge for us to say in market & we
will create awareness about our product & try to maximize our product share.
 In the maturity stage ,our product will reach top-most level of sales &
production cost will low.
 No. of competitors will increase & our product competitors our as:
1. Casa Décor - Godrej Company
2. Durian Furniture Company
3. Jyoti Furniture Company
 In the maturity Stage, our profit will be decreasing slowly, but our target which we
wanted to achieve in 4.5 yrs. of doing business i.e 1.5 crore will be achieved & we
will reach break – even point.
 To hold our product we will launch a new product Office Decors & appoint new brand
Ambassador Akshay Kumar for Advertising & Promtion.
 In the Stage, our product will decrease sales day to day. As substitutes are
available for our product.
 We will face more competition from our competitors who are using better
technology then us.
 We will spent more more our Research & development.
 Different problems will be faced in this stage due to old looks.

  • 15.  Preeti Furniture is serve office furniture product but in the growth stage we think our sales will increase than the introduction stage.  For our strong marketing strategy people will know about our product rapidly & our sales will increase.  Here our product market is growing by 41 %, our sales is high by 53%, our competition is also moderate i.e 21%.  To compete with our competitors we have to decrease our cost to how much we can.  At the growth stage our profit will increase day to day. And we have capture vashi & Bandar Kurla Complex market Because in this stage we will decrease our cost.  We will spent more money in promotion & advertising of our product & will give more importance to this 2 sectors.  So that more customers will be attract to our product.
  • 16.  In the maturity stage, it will challenge for us to say in market & we will create awareness about our product & try to maximize our product share.  In the maturity stage ,our product will reach top-most level of sales & production cost will low.  No. of competitors will increase & our product competitors our as: 1. Casa Décor - Godrej Company 2. Durian Furniture Company 3. Jyoti Furniture Company  In the maturity Stage, our profit will be decreasing slowly, but our target which we wanted to achieve in 4.5 yrs. of doing business i.e 1.5 crore will be achieved & we will reach break – even point.  To hold our product we will launch a new product Office Decors & appoint new brand Ambassador Akshay Kumar for Advertising & Promtion.
  • 17.  In the Stage, our product will decrease sales day to day. As substitutes are available for our product.  We will face more competition from our competitors who are using better technology then us.  We will spent more more our Research & development.  Different problems will be faced in this stage due to old looks.
