A. What business will you be in? What will you do?

A store to sell consumer displays.
At first we're going to make a plan so that we can do everything in order.
And following the plan, we will get enough money, which is we 4 gathered.
After that, we need a name -- of course it'll be Pink Rabbit, then we are going
to register the company. In fact we also need to borrow 2 pieces of ground at
least, one is to build store, and another is to build factory. And then it'll be
the items that we need. for example, people, producing machine, desk, chair,
and so on so on. By now, it seems to be like a company. What's the rest is just
to make it start to work. We sell displays only that mean we must make our
products special, it must have something to impress customers. So it has
become important that what kind of displays we are going to make. And how
to propagate our productions also comes to be a big problem.

B. Mission Statement: Many companies have a brief mission statement,
usually in thirty words or less, explaining their reason for being and their
guiding principles. If you want to draft a mission statement, this is a good
place to put it in the plan.

Mission statement: Be professional.

C. Company goals and objectives: Goals are destinations — where you want
your business to be. Objectives are progress markers along the way to goal
achievement. For example, a goal might be to have a healthy, successful
company that is a leader in customer service and has a loyal customer
following. Objectives might be annual sales targets and some specific
measures of customer satisfaction.

The goal: let people enjoy watching more.
Our products will have many kinds of function that it fit for humans.
There will be less harmful radiation. It saves energy as well. And our service
also trying best to help the customers.

D. Business philosophy: What is important to you in business?

Each one has their own important things. for our boss, he has to offer money
and make decisions, the manager always gives the ideas and makes plans,
sellers has to let every customers satisfied. And for workers, their hope is
just no failed products.

E. To whom will you market your products? Your target market? (State it
briefly here - you will do a more thorough explanation in the Marketing
section).

We will sell the display of a PC for general families. Our target market is he
display market where there is expression of 3D. We will stand and put up
another brand for a rich person in particular among general families. And we
divide it into the high-end class and low-end class and develop a business.

F. Describe your industry. Is it a growth industry? What changes do you
foresee in your industry, short term and long term? How will your company
be poised to take advantage of them?

Taking advantage of the international display duties of a Japanese
international exposition held to (1970) in 1970, I realized many exhibition
spaces by innovative technology, and the display industry of our country
improved the function of the display drastically. Furthermore, with social
maturity and diversification of the needs, I enlarged the sphere of business
so that it was said "from a" window to city planning commonly and I kept
having led the world and developed in. It is a growth industry.

G. Your most important company strengths and core competencies:

 What factors will make the company succeed?

We will use few own company original technology for the other
companies and let a company succeed by offering an article of high
    quality to the customers.

 What do you think your major competitive strengths will be?

Original technology of the own company is major competitive strengths.

 What background experience, skills, and strengths do you personally
    bring to this new venture?
We will take the programming skill and the communication skill that we
learned at the university.
