Commercial structure of the company We are creating a partnership company. 	EZZLA cream is an innovative product for the personal care, that offers a smooth quality with different scents
Most of the “big” brands use their image to put a bigger price to the product.
We are trying to sell to all people, but we made a little chart about some superficial aspects any client has to have: The thing is that we want to sell it everybody, so it´s to general.

Marketresearch Our product is specially done for the skin, We offer freshness and softness Quality Most Important Things In A Body Cream. With minerals and vitamins that will make the process effectively ,The creams have cool colors which are hidden in your skin.
Our Creams!
thewaythatwechooseforsellourproductwasverygoodbecauseweofferworktopeople  and wedontloosemoney . WeGive the creams to them at a low price, and that they sell how they can and how they want to. But the price can´t be over 20,000. the rest from the minimum price is what they win.
This conclusion make us know that adolescents like our product, which rectify that our project is doing well.
4.	Analysis of the Supply  The direct competition is the one from our country, Colombia, with very cheap prices, the last feature, and low price increased competition is either nationally or internationally. The lower prices offered are Yambal, Dove and Avon, in quantity, with 1 or 2 liters of content, basic cream with different scents that hydrates the skin.  	Indirect competition, I think that now the big companies sell more than us because we have not consolidated as a strong company in the country, but if we put ourselves in a good place, the creams would offer other benefits besides hydrate.
5.	Operational costs As we know, the equilibrium point is generated at the time that the company remains on its own and begins to generate profits. Our equilibrium point would be given to sell 50 units, at least in 10,000, as shown in the tables below. In making the calculation is not won in the first set, but we must have in mind that Table No. 1 are costs that are only made once 3 or 4 production sets.  After the first set is winning nearly 50% for each cream. Unitprice $10,000 50 units Requiredinvestment = $498,000
6.	Production process

7.	ExpectedBudgets  if we produce another production set, we were winning $290,000, by another 50 creams. That is the expected sale for each 3 months.
the $203,000 per 50 units, we will never win, because is the raw material costs.
We think a person can do them in a day, if he do them in series, so it is a journal 8 hours. So to left all rigtht we will have two journals in the three months.  	We don´t need sales, because if you remember we sale with people from out of the company, that we don´t pay the, or at least, no more that $10,000. we can receive $50,000 per the three months, for our work pay, (and when we are starting), so it would be another hundred. But finally we can win some money.
8.	General conclusions Ezzla creams is a project that would be a key for enter in the marketing because personal hygiene is the one of the most important thing in the daily life .  By passing time we would be better  because our project show originality and security  and To find the people to sell our product is not too hard, an less in a country as Colombia, that have lots from unemployed.
